Budva to Herceg Novi. Bus was on time at Budva Station. Bus wasn't full so we could sit together. Traveling by bus is a reasonably green option. Late arrival to Herceg Novi, partly because of traffic but also because of stops along the way to let passengers off at non scheduled stops.

Unsafe driving and Unresponsive staff. That music was played on our bus and the bus driver's assistant was very helpful in letting us know that we would need to transfer to another bus once getting to Kotor. Arriving at the Budva station and no one was able to help us, they were all standing around laughing within their own conversations even after we asked for their help, and we speak the language. Our bus driver from Kotor to Herceg Novi was speeding around the bends of the mountain it felt like we were going to flip the bus. It was unsafe and uncomfortable.

Seats were comfortable and spacious. Even though there was traffic that held us up slightly, it still took a fair bit longer to arrive at the destination than advertised as a lot more stops than expected. Barely any air-con in 37 degrees heat.
