perfect trip. we arrived 5 minutes late to the 6pm bus to get back to Bangkok and they were able to get us on another bus and get us to our town instead of bangkok (meaning, we were almost 10 mins from home instead of 40mins). don't know how they did it or how it works but it was amazing.

I thought it would be a direct connection to our destination but the driver stopped about 10 times along the way. The seats were very worn out. Ok value for the money spent.

I went to Kanchanaburi with Win happy minibus for round trip. It was a great experience and the bus was recommended. Ticketing staffs at the counter and drivers are helpful.

Very poor driving skills. For the entire length of the trip the driver would step on the gas and then let off two seconds later. It was constantly, yes I mean constantly, on, off, on, off, on, off with him. Absolutely no effort to drive smoothly. This never ending back and forth created considerable motion sickness for me and one other passenger. Did not get sick to the point of throwing up, but if I had I would have made a point of spreading the stuff on the floor of his van. Som naam naa!

Van left only when it was full, airco was not to good but most importantly: the van did not drop us at the sai tai mai busstation but at the side of a busy road somewhere near the busstation. Not comfortable

Quick and easy way to get to Bangkok. We travelled early in the morning and actually ended up in the bus before which didn’t seem to matter and so it took just over 2 hours. The only point of note is the bus drops you across the road from the terminal (there is a bridge walkway) so it’s not totally obvious it’s your stop but the driver let us know.

Bit confusing at bus terminal to find the right bus.. But the bus was clean and the drive was uneventful. Got dropped off without incident. Was plenty of space for luggage

It got me there on time. The van had to stop to pick up oil. The van was older and if you had baggage it would have been hard to fit it all in. As I said, it got me there on time and that’s all that mattered.

We never reached Bangkok Southern Terminal, we were prompted to get off on suburbs and to take a taxi. No English communication in the bus. On the other hand it was a genuine experience of Thai public transport :-)

On Asia13go was that bus starts at 6 but at the terminal in Konchanaburi we were informed that it starts at 5:50 (according its schedule)

It was easy to book and a good price. We had a lot of large luggage, so booked a seat for that too as advised. Heed their advice to get to the terminal early as the bus left slightly early. The check in desk accepted our pdf ticket on a phone. The operation of the bus service has several brief ticket and head count checks also the drivers paperwork was signed off. A 5 star service and we arrived early at the our destination at the South Terminal early too!

Everything was fine apart from the fact that some seats have the wheel arch where your feet need to be so, being nearly 6ft tall, I didn't really have the most comfortable 3 hours. But other than that it was perfectly fine :)

Ticket stated one small to medium bag, but there was no storage on the bus. Fortunately, there was one seat spare to accommodate my suitcase.
