Great trip. Fast booking and excellent customer service - talked to a very nice guy on the hotline. Thank you . Our boat was delayed for half an hour, though, but it didn't spoil the experience - 1.5 hour chill under the sun. Very smooth transfer from the boat to a bus, which dropped us in the city center. Very convenient.

Unfortunately the boat was an hour late but once on board the vessel moved quickly and smoothly on the water. Seating is a bit more cramped than on the Seatran vessel we took previously. Snacks and drinks were available on board as well as a toilet. Instructions for baggage storage and pick up were easy to understand. The double decker bus to the airport was very comfortable and smooth. Staff was concerned about getting people to their flights on time. We did not have to worry about missing a flight but I suggest leaving yourself LOTS of extra time when taking this ferry service.

Everything was easy and smooth with the ferry ride itself and the connecting van to Surat Thani Town. However, to check it at the pier was very confusing and there were not enough signs or infomation on the email confirmation from 12go.

When i book the booking stated that i will arrived at the airport by 11 am which is okay because my flight will be at 1:30 . Anyway i arrived at 12 pm and thankfully I made it into the flight and thats all that matter

Phantip are an untrustworthy company. We booked hotel pick up and paid extra. They refused to pick us up from the hotel we were staying at even though it is on flat ground and a 5 minute drive off the main road. We had to take a taxi to a nearby temple on a very busy junction or walk 20 minutes with heavy cases. We waited there for 40 minutes in heavy pollution and strong heat until the taxi eventually came. The driver was unapologetic and clearly didn’t care. There was only one other passenger in the large minivan—they didn’t have to pick many people up from different hotels. We made the ferry ok and the bus at the other end was ready and waiting. Still the communication from Phantip was poor and we were wondering around not sure what was going unsure as to where we should be. There is no contact number or way of enquiring about what is going on. We will not be travelling with them again.

Very bad service by 12goasia. I wouldn't book with them again. No contact number was provided of the operator. No one knows about the pickup point and they couldn't change the pickup point also when requested. I was standing at the pickup point but the van went to a different pickup point. Pretty bad service indeed.

not perfect but definitely would recommend and use again, down side on the return journey was van 40 minutes late and cramped for space leading to uncomfortable journeys, but i am a large guy in their defense

Excellent trip. Quiet ferry, not very many people on board and so fast. Refreshments available on board, hot water, coffee and snacks and toilets. We left promptly just after 9am. I sat on the top deck and before I knew it we had arrived at the transfer port. Very helpful staff. I was a solo traveller with three suitcases and they were all so helpful, making sure I got on the right bus because I was a little unsure and helping me with my cases. Arrived at 10.30 in Donrak City. By 11.55 we had arrived in Surattani Town.The coach was clean and comfortable enough for me to nod off. When we arrived I was booked another vehicle to transport me to the airport (600 baht - £15.66) I had another flight and arrived at the airport an hour early. Very smooth service. Definitely recommend and will use again when in Thailand in the future. Thank-you Seatran, see you soon. JZ

The food options are very limited on the ferry and they are not vegetarian friendly. The remaining things were fine. They do not reach out to you for communication. So you will have to do that yourself. The good thing is they are punctual.

Esperienza nella norma, avendo fatto il viaggio di andata in seconda ho notato che non esistono molte differenze con la prima se non per la cabina privata, stessi bagni, stesse lenzuola, stessi materassini.. Ragion per cui consiglio la seconda classe..
