Driver on time, a little early! Attentive to road conditions as it was lightly raining. Was not looking at his phone while driving! Very courteous and comfortable clean Camry. “Not” is a very good driver, I would ask for him next time if possible!!!

The Win Poo Yai Piak waiting area shown on the booking was not in service. It was actually barricaded and appears not to have been used for quite some time. There was no bus during the time of departure with no warning from the operator. I was finally transferred to another operator 2 hours after I was supposed to depart and only after making several calls to the operator. I would never use Win Poo Yai Piak ever again.

The terminal was unmarked and it was challenging to find the pick-up location. Only after several phone calls to the operator did someone meet us at the terminal and escort us on foot to another location. It was confusing and stressful.

12Go is a really simple way of booking online. This was an excellent, comfortable and spacious bus (just 3 seats across) and plenty of legroom too. An easy journey and a punctual arrival. (It also stopped off near Mo Chit for those wanting the MRT)
