Vani EUnauthorised insurance charges of EGP6397 + EGP6397 for a return bus ride from Hurghada to Luxor. I had not ticked include insurance as I have travel insurance. They charged me EGP12,794 for travel tickets worth EGP1,671. I disputed it and the support person said that they will refund it and then there was no email confirmation. When I emailed their support service, someone named Otto said my tickets are non refundable so the insurance fee (unauthorised scam) cannot be refunded. I blocked my card and informed my bank of the scam (luckily, there wasnt enough money in that card for the EGP12,794 (NZD 435.78) to be processed. I have since cancelled that debit card as I am afraid they will try to put it thru again.It was illegal and unethical. Furthermore I paid EGP954 for a Business Go Bus leaving Luxor to Hurghada on 30th Sept 2026 at 5 pm. The ticket agent contacted me on Whatsapp to say that bus is now cancelled and he put me on the regular bus at 2.30 pm so I had to change my Luxor plans. I asked 12Go support person Otto about a refund because my ticket cost is now EGP717 but again he said that nothing can be done because my ticket is not refundable. I will never use 12Go Asia again because of all the dishonesty, lack of transparency and poor service. After making much noise, they refunded a small amount of TBH something and had insurance on my ticket (I DID NOT ASK FOR INSURANCE BECAUSE I ALREADY HAVE TRAVEL INSURANCE). Most difficult Agents. Very dissapointed

Jasmin KThe journey from Luxor to Cairo was chaotic throughout and did not even end at the destination I had booked.
During the trip, the driver smoked inside the bus several times and played very loud music the entire way – getting any rest on such a long journey was impossible.
In Cairo, the bus stopped at several locations that were not part of the booked itinerary. As a result, the delay added up to around three hours.
The main issue: the bus eventually stopped in the middle of Cairo and ended the journey there – roughly 20 km away from the booked destination in Nasr City. When I asked why the final stop was not being served, I was simply told that this was now the end of the route. No further explanation or alternative was offered.
I had to arrange and pay for onward transport myself, after a journey that was already heavily delayed.
Anyone booking this connection should expect that neither the stated arrival time nor the stated destination can be relied upon.

Jürgen MThe evening bevor travelling with go bus, I have got the the ticket confermation.
When I arrived at Hurghada Bus Station next morning, they have told me, that the Bus I have booked, is cancelled. I had to wait three hours for the next Bus, which had a lower
booking class.
I do not give a vote to the other points. in this case it is just necessary to arrive at
destination.

Louise WOld bus, not suitable for westerners. Toilet worked thankfully but of course was filthy. Air con worked. Driver on time. Inadequate inner storage so had to carry my bag on my lap. Seats reclined in front of my hit my knees.
