The bus was 1 hour late, with communication only coming through at the time the bus should have been arriving. No one was around to help or give us information. The people that were there had no idea if it was our bus, the bus driver had no list of names.
The bus was gross, my bed controls didn’t work. I usually don’t put bad reviews but using water and a rag to clean up the gross spills all over is pretty easy to do.

Getting on the bus was straightforward. However, the bust was very uncomfortable and tight. The whole night the driver was beeping and driving like a mad man. I doubt anyone slept on that bus. Ear plugs and a sleeping mask are a necessity. At least the toilet breaks were frequent.

Arrived 2h earlier but because the driver was driving crazy, was very difficult to sleep in these conditions.
Online ticket said bus was going to leave at 7pm, got to office and the office said it was 7:30. Told bus was delayed until 8pm, then 8:15pm, bus finally showed at 8:40pm
Booked VIP bus - it was just a standard bus, overcrowded not your typical VIP or anything like pictures
Ticket also says direct to Da Nang (assuming same for Hoi An) - it is not direct - bus stops at Huw for an hour 7am to 8am and you have to get off with all your luggage (people waiting here trying to try take you into town for breakfast) thought the sleeper bus was coming back but its a tiny mini van they cram you into and pick up locals on the way

The driver was honking all night. They wouldnt let me sleep in the bottom bunk even though it was free and I get carsick. They arrived 4 hours early, so at 6am instead of 10am which stole much of my sleep and left me hostel-less for the entire morning.
The cabin is very comfortable. Was expecting a smaller space but it was great (for my height 1.82 m). The bus was a bit delayed but still got to the destination on time.

The bus drivers are incredibly disrespectful and rude, and do not even listen when you ask when you can use the bathroom or eat. They just wave you off even when you make an effort to communicate about something. On top of that, they packed us in the back of the bus with all of our big bags instead of putting them in the bag department under the bus, and when we arrived, the rushed everyone so much that we weren't even able to get out in time with all of our bags before the bus took off again. They had to turn around and drop us off across the street while one of my bags was left out on the street unattended, because they had pulled away from the stop less than a minute after they arrived, even thought 10 or 15 people had to get off with all their stuff. Then once we were dropped back off near our bags, they had the audacity to yell and rush us again (there was literally no other cars on the street, they just decide when they want to rush some people and not others).
Just a total lack of regard, at least for foreign passengers, treating us like dogs who don't ever need to know whats going on or when we will be able to eat, use the bathroom, etc. This was extremely frustrating when we were trying to be as nice, understanding, and communicative as possible with them.
