Had to line up all the bags up and down the aisles. Beds were awfully crammed. Bags were in an extremely unordinary fashion up and down the aisles which caused confusion and lead to my friends bag being left. Appreciate it being returned though
Die Koordination und Kommunikation war schlecht. Zuerst wurde mir per WhatsApp eine um 30 Minuten spätere Abfahrtszeit mitgeteilt, die ich bestätigen sollte. Dann wurde auf meine Nachfrage aber nicht mehr reagiert. Zudem stimmte der ausgemachte Treffpunkt nicht. Vor Ort wurden wir aufgefordert, schnell weitere ca. 600m zu einem Parkplatz zu folgen. Zudem wurden Pausen und deren Länge nicht kommuniziert. Insgesamt hatte der Bus am Ende 1,5 Stunden Verspätung.
Le bus est arrivé 1h40 en retard. Le bus était confortable et propre, et avec des toilettes. Le conducteur conduisait pas si mal. Mais les barrières du lit étaient situés au niveau de la tête, ce qui ne m’a pas empêché de tomber durant mon sommeil.
The bus steward was aggressive showing us to our seats…Unsure what the rules are in Vietnam but there was a woman smoking below me and it just stank the whole bus. The seats are comfy but the way they drive you can’t really sleep.

The travel company first of all changed our departure time with only around an hours notice. The staff kept shouting at us in Vietnamese. We don’t understand Vietnamese and were very confused as to what they wanted us to do, so we were offering Google Translate to them so we could communicate, which was ignored by one staff member. We were woken and told we had arrived, and were rushed off the bus even though we were the only people on it. We were then put into a taxi we were told was free. It was only then I looked at my phone and realised we were still a 35 minute drive away from the drop off point. I showed the taxi driver the location of our homestay, and he drove for about 2 seconds before stopping and having communication with the bus company again. We were then told to get out of the taxi and back on the bus. The staff would not let us go to our seats we were originally sat in, and insisted that me and my friend both sat in one cabin, which had been previously occupied by someone else on the bus, who had been dropped earlier. So we were extremely uncomfortable for the last part of the journey. Upon getting off the bus for the last time, the driver asked to see where my hotel was (a two minute drive away). I don’t know why he asked for this as he sent us on our way anyway. I think the least they could have done after all the hassle, considering we were the only passengers left was drive us a further two minutes. Instead as two girls we had to walk 20 minutes in the rain and pitch black to our homestay.
Comfortable bus and friendly staff. There was only one stop 3.5-4 hours in to the journey so it was an uncomfortably long time to go without a toilet. Would be better if there were two short breaks.
