Michelle We booked a limousine + ferry transfer. Instead got 2 tourist buses, speedboat, taxi and to end a speedy and reckless limousine ride to Cao Bang. Not recommended.

Alice BThe first leg of the journey to Hanoi was fine, but our driver from Hanoi to Cao Bang was terrible - he drove really dangerously the whole way, and the van wasn't in good condition
