Missed the morning ferry (slept in ) was easy to book a later time online . Easy to find . Restrooms were clean , chairs comfortable and the luggage was stored inside vs other ferries I’ve done it’s downstairs . Would do again.

First trip with a ferry in Croatia. Ride was comfortable, fast and scenery. I also enjoy that there are no traffic on the sea, so there were no traffic problems and boats departed and arrived on the schedule. I think the price could be lower and I would have loved the possibility to go to the outside deck while travelling. Seeing sights from the window is not as appealing as being in the outer deck of the boat.

The staff Woud be more friendly. Ponctuality and comfort. Staff.

Exceeded expectations. The ferry both ways was exactly on time, it was so quick and easy to board. The bags were packed neatly for us and the seats were really comfortable. It was just like clockwork and I would recommend the service to anyone. It's tough to find a dislike, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole service.

Helpful staff. Took my case off the boat for me so I could safely go down ramp. Wifi password was given at rear and middle of lower deck but not at front where I was so had to get up and go and ask.

Early start for Dubrovnik. Punctual and clean. Good start. Smooth sailing and an excellent sightseeing trip to boot. And that’s before visiting Dubrovnik old town. All booked through getbyferry.com And the return trip also. Great day out and will use the ferry and getbyferry.com again.

We missed the sea view during the entire journey because of the dirty window glasses! Punctuality and value for money. The dirty/ muddy window glasses.

Comfortable ferry. Comfortable seats, spacious and punctual. Clean bathrooms. A bit noisy sitting near the entrance.

I was really disapointed as they didn’t open the outside part however the weather was incredible. That they don’t open the outside part. Everyone was disapointed.

A good service ferry.

Despite the very early start, this was an excellent journey while on an island holiday to Croatia. Clean and tidy ship with attentive crew. The crew might consider making an announcement on the lines of "welcome aboard the 0615 hours sailing to Dubrovnik, the journey time is 1 hour 22 minutes, and we will be calling at X/Y on route? This would add to the sailing experience.

Rough ride but handled very professionally, even handing out vomit bags in case they were needed (w). Punctuality.

No clear dire tons about where to join this ferry. There are two possibilities in this town, ten minutes apart. Signage would be useful.

Very easy to book and easy to locate boat at the wharf in Dubrovnik. Very helpful staff when we came onto the boat assisted with our bags and it was a pleasant ride.

Not very crowded, lots of room to spread out and luggage was stored on separate shelving. The USB ports didn't work to charge my phone. I tried 2 different ports.

Would be nice to have some sandwiches during the trip. Even in the morning with a cup of coffee.

I just don't understand why the upper deck was closed. No explanation why we couldn't go to the upper deck.

The ferry was on time. I don’t understand why TP ferries doesn’t have information at any port I’ve been to in Croatia. No one knows where the ferries leave from and it causes really confusion. This particular journey everyone was waiting at a completely different port to where the ferry came in to and we all had to run round to make sure we caught it. This confusion every time could be do easily solved by having info at the port itself.
