Цена билета и классы микроавтобусов Future Travel and Service
В отличие от поездов и больших автобусов выбор классов и тарифов билета у микроавтобусов обычно ограничен или отсутствует. Все места, как правило, одинаковые – стандартные, ВИП – неважно, как их называть. Что может отличаться, так это тип самого микроавтобуса. Некоторые минибасы вмещают всего 9-10 пассажиров. В таких микроавтобусах посадка более свободная, места больше, сама поездка получается более комфортабельной. Большинство микроавтобусов рассчитаны на большее число пассажиров – до 15 человек. В целом, они тоже вполне годятся, но надо понимать, что будет потеснее – не только вам, но и вашему багажу. Иногда стоит купить сразу два места, чтобы путешествовать с большим комфортом. Но не забудьте уточнить у оператора, разрешает ли он такую схему (не все разрешают). Едем на микроавтобусе: плюсы и минусы
Плюсы путешествия на микроавтобусе
- Микроавтобусы иногда оказываются единственным вариантом, чтобы добраться в какие-то особо отдаленные точки, маленькие городишки или деревеньки, куда не ходят поезда, не ездят автобусы, ну и не летают самолеты, само собой.
- На микроавтобусах можно даже доехать до некоторых островов, которые соединены с материков небольшими автопаромами. Большие автобусы такие паромы на борт не берут, а вот минибасы – запросто.
- Благодаря меньшему по сравнению с обычными автобусами размеру на дороге микроавтобусы отличаются большей маневренностью. Иногда это помогает уменьшить время в пути – особенно на коротких дистанциях и загруженных дорогах.
- Несмотря на то, что у микроавтобусов обычно есть фиксированные остановки по пути, нередко можно договориться с водителем высадить вас в наиболее удобной точке маршрута. Не всегда такой номер проходит, но попытка – не пытка. Таким образом можно сэкономить деньги и время, которые иначе потратятся на то, чтобы выбраться с автовокзала пешком или на такси.
Минусы путешествия на микроавтобусе
- В микроавтобусах, рассчитанных на большее число пассажиров, тесновато. Кроме того, почти всегда багаж ограничивается один местом. Если у вас много сумок, чемоданов, рюкзаков, вас могут попросить докупить дополнительный билет для багажа, что, естественно, сделает поездку менее бюджетной.
- Не все микроавтобусы ездят по расписанию. На некоторых маршрутах они отправляются по мере загрузки. Перед приобретением билета обязательно проверьте, идет ли минибас по расписанию или нет. Потому что если нет, то дело может кончиться длительным ожиданием отправления.
- Мы пребываем в полной уверенности, что больше безбашенных водителей, чем на микроавтобусах, не встретить нигде. И пусть операторы устанавливают блоки контроля скорости на машинах, водителей микроавтобусов совершенно не смущает непрекращающийся отчаянный писк этих устройств при превышении скорости. Всегда – без исключений! – пристегивайте свой ремень безопасности во время поездки на микроавтобусе. Иногда, кстати, придется провести целое расследование, чтобы обнаружить тщательно спрятанный ремень.
- Если вы склонны к укачиванию, настоятельно рекомендуем где-то за полчаса до поездки принять таблетку от морской болезни, особенно, если маршрут пролегает по гористой местности. На микроавтобусе обычно укачивает сильнее, чем на обычном автобусе.

He would ignore my questions, even after translating them to Thai. The ride itself was fine, but our first driver made my first experience with 12Go rough.

Molly RVery smooth, there was always someone there to guide you on where to go for the next mode of transport. Mini bus in surat thani stopped at a restaurant connected to the bus office. Meal was 80 baht. Bus was fine and managed to sleep most if the way.

Anais RThe pick up location is very wrong on the map. There’s no signage at all. I went to the wrong location where there was signage and was told I was in the wrong place. When I got to the right location, the place was closed. I received some messages and a phone call from a WhatsApp. I don’t know if was the driver or the owner, but they said ten minutes. We did not get picked up until after 7am. The van was not very clean or in good condition. I showed the driver my drop off and he tried to charge me more. I do not recommend this particular company at all!

Serge MI was at the appointement at 09h42 near the mac do. Departure 10h00. Nobody there. I was in worry. The taxis says it is the plac of 12 go. No error. I tried to contact the Platforms but i 've received only automatic answers. I was going to buy another ticket when it was 10h40/45. Then a van come. The man say, ils my compagny. The driver pick up others customers from their hôtels. I show my ticket, ge said it's ok . So i didn't buy another ticket. We move at 11h10 because two girls touristes were late. After that the travel was ok but at first very inconfortable.

McKenzi SThey didn’t even take us to Khao Sok. They took us to Ao Nang, Krabi and the in person operator charged us extra cash, with the promise that part of the trip will be refunded online since the trip was being rerouted. The extra cash was to apparently hire a different driver to take us to Ao Nang, because the roads were closed to Khao Sok. There was no refund; as we were told there would be an email arriving in our inbox later tonight for partial refund, but that email never arrived.

Christian AThe ferry is old and slow and there was a cockroach inside where you can sit… at least they gave us a vip bus for the price of a normal one but the usb chargers didn’t work and sometimes we could smell something coming probably from outside, and the AC was FREEZING. Bad experience

Pibbe VThey make you wait for over an hour at a random stop after arriving in Surat Thani and again in the middle of the night. Both stops are not at shops but small restaurants clearly linked to the bus company so they can extract more money from you. Other operators stop at 7/11 where you can actually buy things you might need and not for such long periods. We spend a lot of the night waiting, hoping the bus would leave soon. The employees treat you like sheep rather than people. The seats were also quite uncomfortable for overnight although it was nice they could recline and that there was charging points and good a/c. The a/c was turned off the last 30 minutes making the bus very hot and the charging ports didn't work during the night either.

Driss ABad transport overral. The workers in the Khao Sok station are rude and nonchalant. The van arrived more than half an hour late, and showed very angry and kind of verbally agressive for no reason. Arrived 40min late.
The driving was fine.
But I would defenetly not take this company again.

Richelle MThe ferry looks so awesome I never thought having nice ferry but the problem was if you have heavy luggage you need to lift by yourself. You will use stairs going up and going down. That's the down side and alot of transfer. No snacks or water offered compared to the bus operation they offer free dinner and snacks. The bus was big and spacious but the charging such as USB port /PD port/type C port was not working. Maybe in the future if you have those things. You will have more customers in the future. The bus driver was on time.5:30am we arrived in bangkok

Andrew HThe journey from Koh Samui to Bangkok is described as a ferry / boat trip, there is no mention at all of any other mode of travel. The journey is actually a ferry back to Shurat
thani, then a shuttle bus, then a mini bus and finally an overnight coach journey the length of Thailand back to Bangkok. Not what is advertised and not what we expected. Book with caution!

Anderson GFirst you take a boat from Koh Samui to Donsak pier which is okay, then you are taken to a parking lot where you board a van and from the van you drive about 1 hour to a very poor restaurant, they basically have fruits, beverages and salty rice or pasta to eat. You may have time to walk to 7/11 but who knows, they don't give any information so you have to guess. After waiting from 1h to 2h which they don't know precisely how much you board a bus that comes half full and drives about 6 hours to the first stop where is another very poor restaurant that they only have rice, snacks and some beverages and after that you are taken to Bangkok.

Tamara SCommunication wasn’t good. We got off the ferry trying to find the bus which ended up being a van to the bus which took another hour. No one communicated where and when we are going. I was with two kids and it felt very difficult. It was also pouring with rain and no one helped with the bags. The sleeper bus was ok, although it was freezing! And the worse part is that somehow money was stolen from my bag which was next to me while I was sleeping despite the bag being next to me the whole night. We used another company on our way to the islands and we felt a lot more secure. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

Sam TYour bus arrived over 1hr late. We waited 40min before & after schedule, as instructed. I paid extra to receive text updates and received nothing, despite calling multiple times. I had to pay for a new service and you refused to refund me. Wasted my time and money - Terrible service

Becareful about the scam in Surat Thani. The lady there was asking money to drop people on there hostel, even if it was 5min walk from the hotels and hostels.
