Vreemde ervaring? Waarschijnlijk meer als 2,5/5

Started off a bit bad - van had not arrived and so called the number on 12go, and the woman had to check where the driver was. Driver ended up being 30 mins later than scheduled time - which would be fine if we weren’t fretting about somehow missing the van. The van kept on stopping at places, but not to pick up passengers? Then ended up getting dropped off at the pier, getting on the boat which was probably the best part. Snacks were available to buy.. Weird experience? Probably more like 2.5/5

Alles was in orde.

Everything was OK. It's a bit confusionary as the company for the ferry is different from the one written on the voucher but still excellent.

12go Asia confirmed another pick up point. The boat company driver waited in front of the hotel but we are asked to go to a transfer station (from 12go Asia). We had to go back to the hotel. Seems that the communication between the companies doesnt went well.

Everything went well and the driver picked us up at the hotel as requested in the pickup text and on time. Bit of a lack of communication on pickup confirmation but everything worked out well the way it was supposed to so I would recommend.

It was delayed by the heavy traffic on the day. It would be appreciated if they provided a timely updated about the final arrival time. We could not make the tour because of unclear information, even though I asked the respective about the delay because of language barrier.
