Thimo KGoede chauffeur, comfortabele stoel. Alleen de verwarming stond te lang aan, zonder frisse lucht binnen te laten. Maar het is een lange rit, voeg wat extra uren toe.

Richard SNa contact op whatsapp kwam ik erachter dat onze vertrektijd van 9 uur was veranderd in 7.30 uur, op het busstation hebben ze de tweede bus veranderd in een derde bus en hoewel ze zeiden dat het naar Thamel kathmandu centrum busstation ging, stopten we plotseling ergens anders in de stad en zeiden ze eindstation.
Verder busrit zoals gewoonlijk, hobbelig zoals verwacht.

Elise We had a very good experience on our bus journey from Pokhara to Kathmandu. The seats were much more comfortable than those of the company we used on the way there, which made the long journey much more pleasant.
Water was available throughout the trip, and we had a fairly long break to stop and have something to eat, as well as a few other stops to use the toilets. Everything was well organised and the journey went very smoothly.

Sandra PBus, departure time and arrival location all not as described when I booked the ticket. Not a problem if it was communicated clearly, the bus ride itself was fine, but I don't want to wait 1,5 hour at 6:30 in the morning for no reason and be dropped of at another location. Busses are not allowed to stop at Sorakhutte anymore so they need to change that online.

Clarence EGreat experience. A representative from the bus company contacted me on the day itself with instructions on how to get ready to board the bus.
Room for improvement: if possible to inform the passengers about the name of the bus company and bus number ahead of time, so that it can be communicated to the chief supervisor at the Bus Park for alignment 😉
