The bus came 20 minutes late. The ride was quick and good. Waiting on the buss.

Bus much too late at start so we missed the connection to train. Bus arrived much too late in Rovinj, during bustrip the bus had even more delay. Should arrive at 17.45 in Triest but arrived at 18.20. We missed our connection: train to Venice leaving at 18.15. We had to wait an hour for tbe next train. We arrived at 23.00 in our hotel very tired.

1u te laat. De bus was meer dan een uur te laat, zonder dat iemand ons iets liet weten.

Bus was standing at another platform than written on the confirmation.

The airco was stuck mailfunction, verry hot inside. In the first bus the airco dident work the second bus set us of in a bad neighborhood 100 meters from the busstation.

Wil go in 3 months (error when ordering).

Me and my friend travelled from Zagreb - Pula by bus. We had a whole touring car for us and only 3 other people so we had a lot of space. One stop for a short break. Overall it was a great and relaxing bus trip! I would really recommend the company.

It was late about 20 minutes.

The trip was unnecessarily long. The trip could be made a lot shorter if the bus didn’t make a completely useless stop in Trieste. The passengers could also be a little more polite but that is not the company’s fault.

Price, good coach. Delayed more than 30 minutes.

Clean bus Clean drivers They always spoke English and Croatian so no problem to understand breaks and instructions Professional behavior Extremely good driving for both drivers, slow braking and acceleration. Ready to assist and help with any questions specially younger driver. No table on the seats, no charges for phones, internet out of action, no waste bin. As business user I couldn’t do my job while driving, and it’s a long drive. Flixbus had all above.

The seats are too close together, and too short, so someone bit taller can't get comfortable in them. The planned border crossing was closed, so the trip took twice as long.

Fast enough. Nice drivers. Made 3 stops for this journey, 1-2 would suffice.

There was an one hour delay. The trip was fast and driver good. There was one hour delay, which was really inconvient.

Bus was very dirt and late. Workers on the bus were very kind and gentle. Bus was late, very dirty and the conditions of the second bus (yes we stopped to change the bus close to the destination in a desolated and dark place) were horrific. Bathroom was FULL of pee. I will not repeat this “experience”.

The bus departed on time, and arrived on time.

Bus was late for 20min and arrive later than. scheduled at Ljubljana. There is no exact information in which peron we should wait. Even 2 different staffs at the ticket office informed wrong peron. And we should ask driver from other CRNJA route to show us the exact peron.

The bus was late and there was no communication from the operator. As per the information desk at the bus station I had to print a copy of the ticket inspite of opting for a mticket. Punctuality.

Bad time. The bus came at 14:40!

Had a very comfortable trip, even though I was traveling for 15 hours in total. I did not get any back pains. The dimmed lights were great to rest with at night. There should have been more toilet breaks because the on-board toilet got really disgusting and awful.

Very nice trip to Koper. The kindness of the bus driver.

Comfortable bus.. Bus was late and full..so, driver was unable to locate my name even though I had the ticket in my hand. Finally managed to locate my name and only one seat was available. I understand it was a holiday season but maybe a better check in system?

The drivers were very nice and the whole bus ride went without any problems :).

Great day out. We were staying in Croatia for the first time and thought to find our own way to Trieste in Italy. The bus company runs a daily trip leaving quite early and giving a fair number of hours to explore Trieste before the return. Booking on line was easy, boarder crossings went smoothly and quickly (possibly as this was late in the holiday season). A picturesque drive from bus station to bus station. A great experience.

Everything good, on time, recommendation.

No reserved seating performed by Zagreb station, which meant my no seat assignment Getbybus ticket was not a challenge. AGAIN.

Excellent Customer Care. I can highly reccomend Crnja Tours. We took a 10 hour bus journey from Rovinj to Sibenik with 1 change of coach in Zagreb. Although a long trip, it was comfortable and the bus was extremely clean. I would definitely us their services in the furure. I also want to commend the Getbybus Admin Team. I had to cancel several tickets booked and they were very helpful and swift to respond to emails. One of our party also managed to leave his glasses on the bus. I contacted the admin team and we had the glasses in hand the following day. Thank you you for your excellent customer care.

reasonable breaks. delay .. but hard to say who is to blame .. border control or traffic jams from Virovitica to Ljubljana.

Driver and bus. The bus left on time and arrived a bit earlier then expected. Driver was cursing and was generaly loud and dissy to other drivers. The bus stank of piss and it was very dirty from trash and prevoious rides. Very uncomfortable ride.

The bus was 2 hours late - no communication so we stood and waited- no chairs at station. Comfortable once we got on bus. If someone let us know how late it would be we could have sat in a coffee shop comfortably. Instead we stood in the hot sun waiting for the bus for almost 2 hours.

Bus broke down. The bus tyre burst shortly after stopping at Sibenik. We were left waiting for over an hour for a replacement bus. The driver announced a brief explanation but not in English so we had no idea what’s was going on. The Bus was due to arrive in Zadar at 13:30 but we didn’t arrive until around 3pm.

I would have rated negative if I could. It's the worst ride i ever had. Journey both ways were late. whole journey. bus were very delayed both ways, & it's more than 2 hours! & driver could even stop for coffee, & smoke in the bus??

Staff was friendly and helpfull. The bus arrived late.

Australians travelling on the bus Zagreb to Ljubljana. A very convenient way of travelling. The driver and his helper could not speak English. There was a 45 min delay in leaving Zagreb which we were left with no explanation. The language barrier also made it difficult to confirm that Ljubljana was the destination.

We were late. But it wasn't only because of traffic but because we waited on bus station iz Zagreb for 40 minutes .

Driver Tidiness. A bus was late in rijeka and Zagreb.

Very Poor Service. The bus was 50 minutes late and the and bus drivers were very rude. We were among a number of others who were waiting for the 8.40 bus which eventually turned up at 9.30. We were not informed in advance of any delay so we did not know whether the bus would turn up or not. The drivers gave us no explanation for lateness or offer an apology. The lady at informanton told us they were an illegal company. We eventually bought other tickets for a later bus at an additional cost and then the bus we booked turned up. We also missed our follow up bus when we got back to Pula and had to pay for a taxi to our hotel. Very annoying and will not recommend to others to use this service.
