야간 버스가 예정보다 45분 일찍 출발한다는 메시지를 받아서 아주 기뻤습니다. 침대 버스 자체도 쾌적하고 꽤 아늑했습니다. 심지어 화장실도 있었어요. 중간 정차도 없고 교통 체증도 심하지 않아서 2시간이나 일찍 도착했습니다. 원래 5시 30분에 도착 예정이었는데 3시 30분에 도착해서 호텔에 하룻밤 더 묵어야 했습니다. 낮에 여유 시간을 더 가질 수 있었으면 좋았겠지만, 뭐 크게 불만은 없습니다.

Received a message about our night bus that it will leave 45 minutes earlier than expected, which we were quite happy about, the sleeper bus itself is also nice and relatively cozy. We even had toilet on board. Since we didn’t have any stop and there was not much traffic, we arrived 2 hours early. It was 03:30, instead of 05:30, so we had to book an extra night in a hotel. 정말 멋진 여행이었어요! 버스는 깨끗하고 조용했고, 퐁냐에서 닌빈까지 7시간 30분 여정 중 중간에 휴식 시간도 있었고, 전반적으로 편안했습니다. 40분 정도 늦었지만 WhatsApp으로 미리 알려주셨어요. 하지만 한 가지 주의할 점이 있습니다. 버스에 탔을 때 직원이 저와 제 파트너를 뒤쪽으로 안내하며 칸막이 좌석 하나를 가리켰습니다. (아마도 저희가 한 칸에 같이 앉도록 계획했던 것 같아요.) 저는 중간에 멈춰서 제가 한 칸에 앉고 파트너는 옆 칸에 앉겠다고 말했습니다. 티켓 두 장을 예매했으니 칸막이 두 개였겠죠. 아마 현지인들을 더 많이 태우려고 그렇게 하는 것 같습니다. 현지인들이 한 칸에 여러 명 앉아 있었고, 관광객 몇 명도 좁아서 불편해하는 모습이었습니다. 운전기사분이 운전 중에 담배를 피우셨는데 (여행 자체가 전반적으로 좋았기 때문에 괜찮았지만, 공공장소 흡연이 금지된 호주에서 그런 냄새를 맡으니 속이 메스꺼웠습니다.) 앞서 말했듯이, 저는 이 회사를 100% 다시 이용할 겁니다. 만약 부스를 다른 사람과 공유하게 했다면 전액 환불을 요구하고 꽤 화가 났을 거예요.

This was a really great trip! Bus was clean- quiet- stopped halfway through 7.5 hr trip from phong nha to ninh binh for a break- comfy and overall great. 40 mins late but this was communicated via whatsapp. But -something to be aware of;
- when we got on, staff usherd me and my partner to the back and pointed to one of the booths. ( I believe he planned for us to go in one together) . I stopped halfway and advised I would sit in one and my partner in the one beside me. I booked two tickets =two booths. I believe they do this to fit more locals on. There were many locals sharing one booth - and a couple of tourists that likely felt pressured to squish in.
- the driver had a few cigarettes whilst driving ( I can easily get over this given the trip was generally good) but given in aus where smoking is not allowed in public it made me want to throw up- disgusting smell).
Like I said, I would 100% use this company again- if they had made us share a booth I would have requested a full refund and been pretty p***ed.

미니버스(셔틀버스)가 한 시간 반이나 늦게 우리를 태우러 왔다가 몇 시간 후에 34인승 버스로 갈아타게 해줘서 좀 놀랐습니다. 간단히 말해서, 영어를 아주 못하거나 아예 못하는 사람이었어요. 픽업 장소에 있던 여직원은 불친절하고 전혀 도움이 되지 않았습니다. 태도가 매우 무례했고 마치 우리가 그들에게 뭔가 빚진 것처럼 행동했어요. 중요한 건!!! 우리는 무사히 목적지에 도착했다는 겁니다.

I’ve been surprised when a mini bus (shuttle bus) picked us up with delay one and a half hours then in a few hours they dropped us to the 34 seater bus.
Long story short.
Very bad English or to say no English at all. The lady at the pick up place was unkind and not helpful at all.
The attitude was very rude and build impression that we owed them something.

I booked this bus mainly because the advertised journey time was very attractive — only 5 hours, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
The day before the trip, the operator contacted me and confirmed the booking. They told us to arrive 20 minutes before departure. We arrived on time. The bus was nowhere to be seen.
There was another bus parked nearby, but it was empty and there was no driver around. I contacted the operator and asked where our bus was. Their answer was that our bus was stuck in traffic and that we should wait.
So we waited.
One hour passed. Then another.
The bus finally arrived at 9:30 AM — 2.5 hours after the advertised departure time.
But here comes the best part: we were the only passengers who had been waiting there since 7:00 AM. All the local passengers showed up at 9:30, exactly when the bus actually departed.
So apparently the local passengers have some magical ability to know the real departure time better than the people who actually booked the 7:00 AM bus. Either that, or the operator has a very creative understanding of what a “departure time” means.
Even more interestingly, we didn't actually leave on the bus that arrived at 9:30. We left on the exact same bus that had been sitting there all morning.
So I have a very reasonable question: was our 7:00 AM departure simply cancelled, while we were being fed the “stuck in traffic” story for 2.5 hours? I obviously can't prove what happened behind the scenes, but from a passenger's perspective, that's exactly what it looked like.
The bus itself was actually quite decent and comfortable. However, the USB charging port in my capsule didn't work, which isn't great when you're supposed to spend 6.5 hours on the road.
Instead of the advertised 5 hours, the journey took around 6.5 hours. In total, we lost roughly 4 hours of our time — 2.5 hours sitting around waiting for a bus that apparently wasn't coming, plus another 1.5 hours spent on the road beyond the advertised travel time.
The bus is fine. The organization is not.
If you value your time, I would definitely recommend choosing another operator.
