DK 럭셔리 버스는 매우 편안하고 깨끗했습니다. 여행은 무사히 끝났습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 버스 내 와이파이가 없다는 것이었습니다. 버스 기사님 말씀에 따르면 와이파이는 버스 앞쪽에서만 작동한다고 합니다 ????

Everything went smoothly and exactly according to schedule. The bus departed on time and we arrived on time, with no unexpected delays or waiting around. This was especially valuable to me because I had previously taken another company on the way to Phong Nha and ended up spending 4 extra hours on the journey because of various delays. After that experience, having a bus that actually follows the advertised schedule was a real pleasure. Would definitely recommend this company.

I bought 2 of the same tickets. They INSISTED i take the cabin all the way in the back which is smaller and much more uncomfortable, even though throughout the entire ride there were full size cabins available. My partner was given a full size cabin for whatever reason, even though we bought the same ticket. The owner texted me on WhatsApp to advertise his other businesses, and asked me how the ride was. When I was truthful about my disappointment in their lack of customer service, he insisted I was wrong. The bus attendant was also very rude. The bus was dirty and the pillows and blankets were simply put back after passengers got off, definitely not clean at all. Very disappointed and I will never support this business again.

Once arriving at the bus stop, the conductor asked us to board the bus. No cabin reservations were provided on the ticket, so we chose 2 unoccupied cabins. When the conductor boarded, he approached us and shouted 'NO' at the top of his lungs in an aggressive manner repeatedly. It was very rude, embarrassing and confusing. It turned out we were supposed to be on different cabins. Other than that, the experience was fine. Some basic customer service skills are needed here.

the bus was 30 mins late but the organizer was very easy to contact on whatsapp and was updating us about the status of the bus. although it was a different operator that picked us up which was ok because the bus was comfortable, it just didn’t have a toilet. we made 2 stops for a 6-hour trip
