Treffen nicht am Pick-Up-Point. Nach mehreren Telefonaten halbe Stunde nach Abfahrtszeit abgeholt worden, dann noch etliche Stopps in Da Nang eingelegt?! Über eine Stunde zu spät in Hue angekommen.
버스는 4시 45분에 도착 예정이었는데, 3시 15분에 미리 와서 4시에 출발하라고 하더군요. 그래서 한참을 기다렸는데, 버스가 늦어서 5시 30분에 온다고 했지만 결국 오지 않았습니다. 운전기사는 5분, 2분, 7분 후에 온다고 계속 거짓말을 했습니다. 결국 3시간을 기다린 끝에 버스가 겨우 도착했는데, 5분 정도만 이동해서 버스 정류장에 내려줬고, 거기서 또 기다려야 했습니다. 결국 8시(원래 도착 예정 시간보다 4시간이나 늦었습니다)에 차를 타고 가서 길가에 세워진 미니버스로 갈아타야 했습니다. 정말 엉망진창인 여정이었어요. 차라리 처음부터 문제가 있으니 몇 시간 후에 다시 오라고 했으면 훨씬 나았을 겁니다. 하지만 WhatsApp으로 연락한 Thao Bui 님의 고객 서비스는 정말 훌륭하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 문제를 해결하려고 노력해 주셨고, 운전기사에게 연락해서 정확한 답변을 받아내려고 애써 주셨습니다. 그녀는 불편을 끼친 것에 대한 보상으로 우리 각자에게 티켓당 5만 원씩 환불해 주겠다고 제안했고, 우리는 정말 감사했습니다!

Bus was due to arrive at 4.45, at 3.15 they asked us to come early to leave at 4, we then waited around and were told it was late and would come at 5.30 but this did not happen. The driver kept lying to us telling us he’d be there in 5 minutes, 2 minutes, 7 minutes etc. In the end we waited for 3 hours when the bus finally arrived for it to only drive us 5 minutes down the road and drop us off at a bus station where we then had to wait again. In the end we didn’t leave until 8 (4 hours after we were meant too) in a car which then dropped us to another mini bus on the side of the road. All in all a mess of a journey, wouldve much rather they just told us there was an issue and to come back in a few hours.
Although I do have to say the customer service I got from Thao Bui via WhatsApp was really great/helpful, she was trying to resolve the issue and speak the driver to get a solid answer. She also offered a 50,000 refund per ticket for each of us for the inconvenience which we really appreciated!

창문은 너무 더러워서 밖을 거의 볼 수 없었다. 좌석도 낡고 얼룩져 있었다. 객차 안은 매우 시끄러웠는데, 현지인들이 끊임없이 음악을 틀었기 때문이다. 동물들도 몇 마리 있었는데, 우리 앞 좌석 사람들은 고양이를 목줄에 묶어 데리고 있었다. 다행히 여정이 길지 않았다.

Die Fenster waren so dreckig, dass man fast nicht rausschauen konnte. Die Sitze waren ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen und fleckig. Es war sehr laut im Wagen, die Einheimischen hörten ständig Musik. Auch einige Tiere waren anwesend, die Leute vor uns hatten ihre angekettete Katze dabei. Wir waren froh, dass die Reise nicht lange dauerte.
기차 여행 자체는 괜찮았어요. 기차가 최신식은 아니지만 다낭에서 후에까지 보이는 풍경은 정말 환상적이었어요. 다만, 예약했던 창가 좌석을 얻지 못했는데, 기차 좌석 배치가 예약 내용과 달랐기 때문이에요. 심지어 남자친구 옆에도 앉을 수 없었고, 모르는 사람 옆에 앉아야 했어요.

Die Fahrt an sich war wirklich in Ordnung. Der Zug ist nicht der neuste, aber die Aussicht von Da Nang nach Hue ist super. Leider haben wir nicht die gebuchten Sitze am Fenster gehabt, da die Sitzordnung im Zug eine andere war als bei der Buchung. Ich konnte nicht einmal neben meinem Freund sitzen, sondern saß neben einer fremden Person
