Yeni Aksaray

No updates about the delay of the bus. Too warm in the bus. Radio music was turned on multiple times in the night by the operator. Bright light was turned on multiple times without reason by the operator. Seats not comfortable.

The trip was comfortable however there were a few logistical issues. Firstly, this bus service doesnt take you to the Alibeykoy bus station as described. When asked if they would take us there I was told I should get a taxi. Luckily I had not pre arranged pick up with my hotel so this did not cause an issue however I was dropped off much further out from the city than expected. Secondly, the seat I was allocated had been given to someone else, and I was asked to move from window to aisle seat. Not the end of the world however when I had booked the trip 2 weeks in advance it would be nice if the allocated seat had been secured.

The trip was long, because we went from Göreme,Capadocia to Alanya. But all the drivers was amazing( they didn’t treat us like we are strangers ), we got first seats which was great and comfortable, also we got coffee/çaj and so much water(we bought water before a trip but we didn’t need it), also we got a chocolate bars, and we had a charger for phone. Thanks for your excellent service 😊

Uncomfortable seats and so many stops dropping people off and collecting people that it was impossible to get any sleep

Bus stopped unscheduled due to malfunction? Put us all off to change to another bus. Stopped to pick up others from other buses -- again due to bus malfunction -- two additional times. Then, did not take us to the destination printed on the ticket but dropped us off miles away. We had to pay for a taxi to get us to our hotel whereas if the bus had taken us to the ticketed destination, it would have been a one-minute walk. Maybe two

Unfortunately, it was not good. It arrived late at Nevsehir bus station and also late in Alanya. The driver smoke almost all the way inside the bus. I had the front seat, so you can imagine how I suffered (as a non-smoker). Besides, my sear was broken and even after I pointed it out to the staff, they did nothing. :( I do not recomend this company at all.

The bus was there waiting on time and departed on time and I arrived at Konya bus station on time so everything was ok ..

This time the seats had been fumagated so I wasn't eaten by fleas in the seats which is good

It felt like the bare minimum of what they offered to make the overnight journey comfortable. Not entirely their fault but I left the coach with over 50 bug bites on my body...

does not go to Goreme, dropped off in Nevsehir

Everything went perfectly to plan and it was an easy trip.

Pros: Nice stuff guys Cons: 1. Very hot and uncomfortable in the bus. Air conditioning is working very poor. 2. Arrival was 2 hours later than expected, although weather

Yeni aksaray carrier: Late departure time for 45 minutes. They put me and my companion on the wrong bus. The steward checked the tickets several times, but did not realize that he had put us on the wrong bus. It was 2x2 instead of 2x1 seats, so was wrong seat numbers. There was a transfer to another bus in Alanya. We reached our destination 2.5 hours later we are planned.

The bus didn't drop me at Goreme but in an other station. The staff told me to wait 2 hours and I had to pay for an other bus to finish my trip.
