White Bus

The bus was ok, but we arrived really late

Really cold in the bus and arrival 2 hours late

The bus was supposed to leave at 1.20 pm. We didn’t actually set off until 3.30 pm. The journey times aren’t given accurately either. That’s not very professional. Otherwise, the trip was very pleasant.

We arrived at the pickup point, and when we told the driver we were there, he asked us to pay a taxi to a different street. The bus left too late and we ended up arriving at 17:00 instead of 13:00 (also due to traffic and stops).

False Advertising. Said the trip was 4 hours. Took 6 hours. There was no excessive traffic issues, construction, or delays. I think that’s just how long it is from Hurghada to Giza. Most of the other bus ride options advertised 7 hours. This one said 3 hour and 50 minutes so of course we went with the faster one. However, I think they just say it’s faster so you go with them instead of other buses.

Good service, everything's perfect, but the trip stays 7 hours, not 3 and half.

announced to drive 3:41. Of course this is not possible, but why is that announced ? We took this bus since it was "the fastest". Well, it was not and it was more expensive compared to others.

Lovely people at the station, everyone was so helpful, the rest in between was at a great spot! Perfect experience

The advertised travel time for this bus from Hurghada to Cairo stated less that 4 hours hence choosing this company. It wasn't so.... but the same time as other companies approximately 7 hours.

It's a new bus and the travel was pretty good. For some reason the seats seemed to hurt me a bit. However, I was still able to nap a little during the ride.

Traveling.com is a ripoff and the trip is so much delayed. It was 4 times cheaper if we planned it directly. I didn't receive the tickets imidiatly only a confirmation receipt. I had to connect them on mail (traveling.com doesn't have a phone number) luckily i got it send after sending the e-mail but with an nasty attitude: "we already have sended it to you but i have send it again". The times that was placed on the website was very unaccurated. The first trip was 1 hour delayed and the second was with 2 hour delayed. If you need a bus dont do it with traveling.com this is a scam.
