Everything worked. The bus arrived early, chilled, newer, toilet worked. Steady safe driving. Perfect. They did cancel our first bus though. So we had to go either 1 hours earlier/later. So do get in contact with them prior to your trip.

On Our ticket said departure 11:00 AM, arrival 5:00 PM. The driver had a good laugh; it's impossible given the number of kilometers. It took us 8 hours and 30 minutes to get to Siwan. The information is completely wrong.. The bus toilets were closed.

No punctuality. Bus driver kept stopping the bus every hour, taking an hour long breaks every time to smoke sheesha. The bus started from Siwa at 7:45pm and reached Cairo next day at 11am. The journey which was supposed to take 9-10hours max took almost 14hours.
