baz TThere was no explanation that you needed to go to the office of the port city to get the ferry pass, then no explaination that you needed to go to the counter at the port to show your ferry pass to get your ferry ticket where the port tax is paid for. When we bought the tickets online, it just mentions you needed to check in. Check in where? Check in At the offices or at the port or what to do? We were so stressed and running around trying to figure out what needed to be done whilst having to carry bags around with us.

Tracy HOur overall experience was pretty good. I would definitely recommend and re use them. The only downfall was the staff at check-in seemed disinterested in their jobs and their customers. Not really a big deal to us but it might be for other travelers.

Lizi TAfter purchasing the tickets online, I did not expect to be faced with such a convoluted process at the Wahana virenda office to obtain a boarding pass and pay the harbour tax. While waiting in Queue a man working at the desk called for people going to Senggigi to get their luggage and start walking to the harbour. As that was me, I went up to the man and asked if I needed to go too. He got very angry and yelled at me. Fortunately, another passenger assisted me and explained what to do.

Josep CThe ticket was for **Gili Air**, but we were unexpectedly dropped off in **Lombok** instead. From there, we were transferred to Gili Air on a small boat that **did not meet even basic standards of comfort and safety**.
The whole experience was poorly organised and very disappointing. **I would not recommend this operator.**

Jessica EThe ship itself was good. However, getting off the ship was an absolute nightmare. There were way too many people at the landing stage, and it was not well communicated where the luggage was.
The worst part was that we hadn’t even left the ship yet, and there were already so many people offering taxis while we were still trying to find each other and locate our luggage. People were also directly holding flyers in our faces as we were getting off. Extremely intrusive.
I have never experienced anything similar. Complete chaos.

Elvire RThe boat was delayed by two hours, and we received no explanation, no apology, and no compensation whatsoever from Wahana Virendra.
On top of that, the journey itself took approximately three hours instead of the two hours and fifteen minutes advertised on the website. We were supposed to arrive in Gili Air at 3:15 PM, but we eventually arrived at 7:00 PM. We therefore lost an entire afternoon, which seriously disrupted all of our plans.
What is even more disappointing is that there seems to be no way to request a refund or even contact 12Go to obtain any compensation for this major delay and the inconvenience caused.
This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the lack of communication and customer service from the company.
The only positive point was that the boat itself was relatively comfortable.

The shared Van was a bus with another dozen people, which took a longer way via Ubud, what would have been for us a two hours longer ride to the Airport what made us book a grab and we had the additional costs for that.
