VietJet Air

Globally efficient and confortable

Departure time turned out to be start of boarding time

Smooth experience

With a long delay, no information, and a very dirty plane.

Flifht delayed but overall good flight

The flight was delayed by 30 minutes each time. Original departure time was 16.05. Flight left at 17.45. Bad communication.

good price-quality ratio

20min delay, no big deal.

Everything went as a flight should. It was on time, easy to navigate check in etc, friendly staff

Bad réception at the boarding office ! No help , no explaination , just "it's s not good !"

All is perfect

2 hours delay. Nothing proposed in the plane, not even a glass of water.

Vietjet check in time always to slow. Always nearly miss the plane. Need more self check in kiosks.

The flight was scheduled at 10.30, but only left at 11.45, there was no 10.30 flight. As the booking number did not work for online check-in, we had no information.

long line +1 hr. in front of the desk, didnt make the check in -40min. had to pay additional for a late ticket and wait 9 hours...had to pay extra for 3 kilos of overweight while I saw people carry double handluggage...

Was goed

The flight was delay 4 hours, there was limited information, any anouncement was so quiet and not clear that I had no idea what is going on.

It was fine but late. The crew was nice and the flight was smooth.

Really good

You added an insurance that I did not need nor wanted.

There were so menny peoble in the departure hall. You could not move anywhere.

Flight was to late

It was late, gate changes, but worst of all, they tore a wheel and its mounting off my brand new suitcase.

This was without comparison my worst flight experience ever. The longest qeues I have ever been in. People are desperate, so I had to argue with others about cheating in front in the qeue. Both customers with baggage and without in the same qeue is not clever.

Ras

Great, everything went very good!

2.35 hours delay no information

.

I feel like Vietjet tries to scam you where they can for the few extra dollars. Your ticket can be booked using your first and last names, but at the airport they require that your middle ame be included on the air ticket. No middle name on your ticket? You go to the counter, have your middle name added, and pay VND 216,000 ($8 US) Seems completely silly other than to pick your pocket for an extra $8 US. Other than that the flight was uneventful; just the way I like em. For the 1 hour flight Vietjet was fine. Our flight was delayed about 45 minutes, but we arrived safely, so all was well.

Excellent driving, I think it was the smoothness ride ever in Thailand :) Thanks!

No problem, everything was good 😊

Flight was onetime. Last minute gate change but was announcement was clear and new gate was next to the previous. Clean plane and hosts were friendly.

Easy checkin.

Delay about 1 hour. The communication was poor at the airport.

Price was good but customer service was poor

Flight was rescheduled due to Typhoon and delayed on the rescheduled date. Overall it’s a typical low cost airline that charges you for everything

The flight was very comfortable and on time

Great flight

Went well.

Check in si not friendly And not clear

flight has been postponed and this is not the first one that has been postponed

The flight was postponed and this was not the first time

Normal flight , it was organized and clear .

The flight had a 2 hours delay. Considering that the flight takes only 1h and 20 minutes, the delay was quite huge. Also this was second delayed flight in row. So VietJet is really cheap but also unreliable.

The flight had 1,5h delay so we had to change our booked taxi. Also we were forced to change 3 different gates in the airport because they weren't sure on which one will the plane arrive.

When we arrived at the airport we had to pay to have our names corrected because they did not exactly match our passports. That is because 12Go systems do not recognise a - or ‘ in Irish names

Delayed flight

Just too cold inside the airplane Everything was perfect

Our experience could have been better if the staff could speak English. We had a problem communicating with them.

we didn't know that we have to book the tickets with all middle names as well. so the didn't accept the booking and we had to pay an extra fee.
