Transportes Marsol

We had a reservation for a bus at 1pm but when we got there they said there is no bus at this time and we have to take the one at 2pm. The bus itself was okay but only very little space and the AC was barely working

Very friendly driver

7am bus didn’t actually exist which was ideal.

The waiting room was nice and air conditioned and the staff really nice. The bus left a little late which meant we didn’t stop for a toilet break half way and the bus driver seemed very rushed with some questionable overtakes

Nice, friendly staff, but the bus was too hot

Quicker than annonced both time that we took it (4h30 instead of 5h30) Cartagena-Santa Marta

Problem with confirming the payment at MarSol because we don’t use WhatsApp

Good service, fast , affordable and reliable.

Seating a bit cramped as typical for Colombian buses

Van needs mechanical maintenance. Driver drove way too fast. No seatbelts in the van.

It was a nice ride, on time, with 2 stops for toilet and or food. They even stopped at a McDonald’s. Totally worth it, and this was the cheapest ride at 24$US

Long drive Long breaks Not enough AC Very bumpy drive Very nauseating Email said we didn't have to have a paper copy but at the station they said we had to pay for them to print it so driver had a copy

Driver wanted to leave about an hour to early, we nearly missed it. Bus had no Air Con it was really hot, driver was driving totally crazy and dangerous. Way to fast, passing red lights, etc.
