Long, frustrating, and overcharged

The driver was really dangerous. He looks like being late and he sped up when he could. He suddenly braked many times. Moreover, he was waiting for us at the wrong address.

The boat was 20min late but the driver was on time. The driver was adorable and the vehicle comfortable. He left all of us by our hotel

Your dodgy website charged me twice. In 100% of my experience booking online, when a website tells me there was a problem making a booking, they don't then charge me for the service I am trying to purchase.

Arrived 3 hours later than planned. Also pick up at my hostel wasnt possible which i thought i payed for.

The service was uncomfortable, we were picked up in a standard car, there were already two other passengers and so one of us was stuck in the middle which was super tight and uncomfortable with no leg room. It wasn't the van advertised. After booking, I received multiple WhatsApps with multiple questions from 2 different numbers. Basically their communication is poor as I was being asked the same thing multiple times. It was annoying when you are trying to enjoy your holiday. First they asked me to pay extra "urgently" for some sort of tourist tax or we can't travel. Fair enough but why not just include it in the price to begin with ... Then they sent me lots of questions about our luggage asking me for measurements of our luggage and saying anything above would incur a 100 reals charge. Honestly it was worse than a budget airline. 2 hour by car and 20 mins by boat and between us it cost £95 which is ridiculous.

I had to Go to another hotel. There was nothing close by. I waltet over an hour outside. Luckily it didn‘t rain. After the Pickups it went smoothly. Although it would have been nice to know how long the toilet break would be..

Left on time and boat was quick and dry and arrived on time

Directions made it easy to find pier

Everything went smoothly although we had a long wait at the pier.

You charged me double, I’d like half a refund
