The bus was supposed to leave at 6:30 and actually left at 8am. Then it was a very long journey and I arrived very very late and very very tired in Vientiane.

Old bus, water infiltration by the roof, 2 people on 1 seat…. Few stops. But drivers OK

Old bus and overcrowded.

Everything was well organized. I would recommend this bus company.

Arrived 2.5 hours after promised arrival time which defeated purpose of getting the minibus.

Bus was a clearly not in great shape but managed to get us there just about. Seats were ok but company crammed more people on so that there were 10 people sat on camping chairs in the gangway as well as all the proper seats full

Best bus trip I’ve had in Laos. Friendly driver, free water, and no stops to pick up passengers

It took much longer than scheduled, with no reason. The indicated schedule is just not right. The Minivan will be more than full😕

The taxidriver that picked us up from Naga Hostel send a message, was perfectly in time and brought us to the sleeperbus. The sleeperbus was comfortable. Compliments for the friendly driver!! It was terrible bad weather (rain, thunder) and he drove very carefully. Due to the bad weather we arrived with a little delay on Pakse, no problem at all. The driver helped us to find a tuktuk for transfer to the Pickup point for tge next bus to Nakasong/Don Det

Bad value for money. It was a local minivan, that constantly stopped to pick up more people, we were cramped in the back while the isle was also filled with people (at the max we were with 21 persons in the minivan!!!). The trip took 10 hours. Bad value for money. Not to be recommended.
