Swiss Tours

It would be better if one could reserve seats in advance since there is absolute confusion and chaos when trying to board the bus and there is no que at all.

The bus ride was excellent warm could of done with the toilet on board being open for full comfort. Chamonix was a magical place definitely recommend a trip there.

Timely, kind. Timely, kind.

On time, clean and professional.

Excellent service as always.

Going thorguh genova. Please go Direct from airport to chamonix.

All good. left on time, no probs..easy drop off.. comfy. not enough overhead shelf room.

Excellent trio to chamonix. The value for money rather than an organised tour.

JUST GOOD!!! I would like to highly recommend the service of Swiss Tours. Convenience, Prompt responses and value for money ;-).

Return was a much better experience. Unlike my bus from GVA to Morzine, this one actually turned up. And on time.

Efficient, speedy, best way to travel from Chamonix Mont Blanc to Geneva airport.. On time leaving on time arrival at airport.

Great but. Bus in time at departure, easy to spot and straightforward process to onboard. I bought mi ticket to Geneva bus station but the bus went first to the airport which caused a delay of 30 minutes on estimated time of arrival. They want you that the driver can switch which station they stop at first but they don’t tell you it means a possible 30minute delay.

The driver wasn't professional. The driver didn't speak nicely to the customers. He was even mocking an old woman for not showing her ticket quickly enough.

Bus driver was excellent! We were VERY late arriving to airport! Driver said he was goi g to go to airport first, then his boss told him to go to the city first! That made us 30min late getting to airport! That is NOT ok! We had a flight to catch and that made it much more stressful!

During booking process, the price rose TWICE between selecting the trip and completing payment. Bus arrived in chamonix 30 minutes late. Passenger next to us was very sick, coughing and sneezing, and not covering her mouth. Wish the bus company had been able to provide a mask to her and others, or at least have had information online requiring passengers to confirm their health.

Comfortable and pleasant journey. Driver drove carefully and navigated through roadworks safely. Coach was comfortable and it was a pleasant journey with plenty of scenery to look at. Only grumble is that our flight was cancelled so I had to change the bus time. Swiss Tours were unable to transfer the tickets so we had to pay again.

The bus was clean and on time. The bus was on time. As i had to return to Geneva a week earlier I didn't like the fact that I couldn't amend my original bus ticket, therefore having to buy another ticket, spending more money I cant afford.

Very good driver with excellent communication skills. Excellent driver with clear instructions. Nice driving skill.

very expensive compare to other provider. very expensive compare to other provider.

Impressive.

Quick travel, very nice and helpful lady driver.

Driver friendly and helpful, skilled in driving the coach in difficult conditions.

Good drivers, left late from Geneva. Right on time from Chamonix. Safe drivers both ways. Good safe drivers, bus quality good. Wish there was more leg room for taller passengers.

Convenient. It’s so convenient. Better than taking the train especially if you have a big luggage. The aisle was dirty . There were muddy looking tissue papers on the aisle. Other than that it was a good option to get to the airport.

Perfect service. Bus left on time and was very comfortable.

Warm greetings to the driver. She was very helpful and professionel!

Exellent. Drive kindness.

Wonderful experience! Comfortable, cleanly, reliable. Will definitely use this service again.

Station annoucements. I particularly booked a ticket to the bus station so I could walk to the main Geneva Station to catch my train to Paris. But in my jet-lag fog I forgot that I had figured out that the bus first went to the airport. Confusing the issue was seeing the "airport train station." However, if the stops been announced by the driver (or a screen had shown them) it would have reminded me. Luckily, I had time to take the train to the Geneva station and did catch my train to Paris.

Typically Swiss. Bus departed bang on time unlike blablacarbus we tried earlier. Driver was polite and helpful. Driving was spot on and bus was well maintained. Cheers.

It was a confortable ride from Geneva to Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. One of table was broken, should be repaired it.

Geneva to Chamonix. Amazing trip, bus is on time!

The bus was very comfortable. The seats were spacious and comfortable. There was no one to help you get your suitcase on or off the bus and the driver was super moody and miserable.

Great journey back from Chamonix. The driver was really helpful and pleasant and the journey back was smooth and uneventful, everything you could hop for.

It was good value for money. The driver was surly and a little rude and the drive up to Chamonix I would describe as less than smooth. I was disappointed by the way the driver dealt with the passengers when we were collected at the airport and the way he spoke to people.

It's delayed. New car. It's delayed.

Driver sending smd while driving.

NEVER USUE SWISS TOURS - The office administrator was rude and combative. The driver. The office administrator was terrible. We realized soon after we booked and well before our trip that i had booked the wrong dates by one day because the French calendar starts on Monday while the US calendar starts on Sunday. The person working in the office was rude, combative and unhelpful. He said I should have read the small print that the tickets were not changeable or refundable. When I responded how ridiculous this was given how far before the trip I reached out, he offered to change it for a change fee that was more than the cost of buying new tickets. There are several good bus companies. I will never use Swiss Tours again.

Confortable and a good price. Punctuality, professional and friendly driver. Did not meet the arrival time because there was a lot of traffic.

Great service. Accommodated letting us on an earlier bus because we arrived early.

Excellent ride from Chamonix to Geneva. Enjoyed the trip.

Great tour and guide. The tour was fine, and the guide was absolutely helpful. The bus was aslo clean and comfortable. I recommend to everybody! Never miss the chance, if you are in Geneva!

No thinks.

The coach arrived at the airport 30 minutes later.

The bus seat is cosy and clean. The ride is comfortable, and the driver is very humorous. Good value for money, punctual and comfortable.

Timely, clean service. Bus driver was very friendly, service was timely and clean, no complaints.

price on getbybys twice cheaper than the final rate.

Good service.

Nice Seats and good aircondition. The bus came 25min late. It was on time at destination, but it still feels bad to wait for so long without knowing if it's coming or not, and especially wondering if you're even at the right place since the bus is not showing up.

Very comfortable bus, came on time, all good.
