Supratours

Although I did not click on any insurance coverage when booking the tickets online, I got charged one for both rides to and from Marrakech. That's very costly, annoying and you could call that a scam.

Great service. Used the service from Marrakech to Essaouira and back again. You have to pay an additional 6MAD (

We had to buy baggage ticket for each bag checked onto the bus only a small amount, but make sure you get to bus station a bit early. My seat belt didn't work.

Very good and safe.

Verry hot in the bus

A smooth trip with no unexpected events.

The journey was comfortable, air conditioning worked, seat belts worked, the journey was on time. There was a 20 min break half way through at a nice cafe with toilets.

Despite the ticket clearly saying our baggage was included, the INCREDIBLY rude man refused to read our ticket and charged us extra for baggage. Bus was hot and most people were rude.

It left on time and got here on the dot. Every comfortable.

Bus left half an hour later than scheduled after waiting for people who arrived late. Other than that it was a fairly straightforward journey. Driver stops for a break halfway at a store that charges ripoff prices.

Brilliant service end-to-end. Clear and precise travel information provided. I will use this service again in the future. Many Thanks

Really comfortable air conditioning and welcoming recliner seats

Very nice. Love it was a woman driver.

Smooth ride, well air conditioned.

The supratours bus was unavailable a few days before travel. 12GO organised alternative travel and I was kept informed and sent tickets for a CTM bus. All of my questions were answered promptly, I was very happy with the service provided.

It was ok for me

Fast, efficient, comfortable and very on time. Everything ok.

The driver drove a little too fast, but apart from that, everything went fine.

Good company . Easy to use online

Very good service. Comfortable coach and a great (female!) driver

Driver or somebody needs to communicate better with passengers on the bus at the stop. As yesterday somebody stayed on the bus and stole cash laptops and was never to be seen again. This just caused a delay to all other passengers. I wrote an email yesterday afternoon looking for compensation but at this stage no reply. Poor customer service. Would be expecting better than this given this is the best bus company in Morocco to travel with. Please reply to my email.

On time

On time, journey arrived as timed

Easy enough experience. Staff at station very helpful.

Great safe driver. On time. No toilet but there is one rest break halfway. Ticket arrived via email in great time. On time.

For Marrocan standars OK.

Great trip with stopover, comfortable bus and on time. All perfect!

on time, comfortable, nice stop for refreshment, will do it again

Good drivers, perfect in time. 20 minute break.

I ordered my seat 2 days ahead. Needed to text the night before travel due to no confirmation yet. When they did respond my bus was already full and I had to choose and alternate. I am certain that that something was missed in my initial request . I not sure I would have even been contacted if I didn’t pursue the problem. I paid , but there were no tickets issued

Perfect driver. Good Seats and perfectly in time.

The bus was clean and comfortable, and it was an express route so the only stop the driver made during the 3 hour drive was a 20 minute break about an hour into the drive. The pdf ticket was incorrect. A piece of luggage was not included in the cost of the ticket and we were required to pay 6 mad per piece of luggage at the station.

Easy booking. Helpful and friendly staff. Very comfortable journey

it’s pretty cold in the bus

On time. Comfy enough. No one said I had to buy a ticket for my small suitcase but the driver explained. Overhead shelf not big enough for my 2nd bag but got it partly under the seat. Large lady sat next to me with her elbow in my side the whole way. Nice 20 minute stop off for loo, cafe, leg stretch. For the price was ok.

Lovely lady drove us very safely and smoothly.

We used the express bus twice. Both excellent. On time, clean, welcoming and efficient. Our return driver was a woman who was brilliant!

On time, but it was quite chaotic getting on board because we were unfamiliar with the system. The bus was old and not very comfortable. There were strange hard ridges part way up all the seat backs.

Was difficult to book online as the confirmation came too late and we thought we hadn't booked it and so we booked another two seats. We also asked could we come back to Marrakech on the earlier bus and the lady in Essaurioa was rude and said it was full on the 2pm.so we had to go ait to 330pm. But the 330pm wasn't even full.

On time, confortable, team sympatic

I Was very Happy with the service Ckean comfortable coach . It was great a stop off at such a Beautiful cafe for food drinks and rest rooms Definitely use this company again

Good safe driver, don't think you should have to pay to check bags in when tickets are more expensive than other buses. Tight seating without checking bags in.

Faat, comfortable! 5 stars!

Perfect. As expected. Thanks. Great information from you guys as usual!

Bus was on time, and boarding was smooth. Ride was comfortable and included a rest stop with a good spot and clean free toilets.

Great driver, very comfortable seats, on time ...what more can I say...? Oh yes, at a great price!!!

The young woman driver was exceptionally impressive. shukran

Easy nice comfortable clean bus

I had booked the transfer from Essaouira to Marrakesh, and it was smooth and comfortable. We even stopped halfway through the trip for a lovely tea and coffee, which was a nice touch.

The bus was clean, comfortable and perfectly on time. Voucher took longer than it says on the site but eventually arrived before the departure. The support was not very helpful when I replied as instructed in the payment received mail.
