Super Jet

Bus in perfect time. Toilet use safe and quite clean. In 13 hours you can go to cairo to assuan travelling by night. Smooth experience

The bus departed at 08:45 and arrived at 13:00 to airport. The bus driver even stopped 20 minutes and went to buy food for himself. Also, you need to print a different ticket in the bus station, since your pdf is not a ticket itself.

Dirty and delayed for 4 hours

The bus reached 8.30am instead of 6am scheduled time. There was a 2 hour halt at Luxor. There was also stink from toilet for back seaters. The overall condition of the bus is poor.

Bus was old and had water leaking in while we were under rain. The schedule was changed: I arrive 1 hour ahead of time which is why I was able to board the bus with the itinerary I wanted

They say the bus leaves at 6am. Add a few hours and you will not be disappointed. Excuses of broken buses. Setting the departure time for 9am would make this a much more reliable option..

Bus arrived early but bus was pretty dirty. Put down tray to discover a squashed burger left there …

Bus was old and some seats was broken

We got there okay. The bus was okay for comfort. No power on board and VERY cold throughout the night. The driver was nice and helpful.

Dear Company! Yesterday morning we showed up at the bus with a ticket purchased online from you. The driver DID NOT PICK US UP. He said our ticket was not valid. Another employee said there was overbooking. WE COULDN'T LEAVE! We found ourselves in a long and complicated situation. I would like to request a refund of the amount paid, because we could not use the ticket purchased from you through no fault of our own!!! Thank you Robert Kazmer Manyasz

We had a long pause at Luxor. The last hours were very cold, maybe it's normal, because there is no heating in the bus? Or the air conditionnwas put so high?

The bus arrived at 7 am, so we had to wait 90 minutes and arrived Aswan at 12 instead of 9am! The driver was smoking inside the bus.

Bus was uncomfortable, left the point late, stopped for 2 hours without any explanation. If you seat by the window just know the AC is going to be blasting in your face and you can’t turn it off.

Very cheap travel and journey was good

Bad, the reservation on the website didn't allow us to select the seat and when we arrived at the station they assigned us the last seats on the bus that couldn't recline. Additionally, they said the trip would last 10 hours, but it was actually 16!

Arrival should have been 8:30am. Didn't arrive till 10:15am. Too many breaks and random stops. Will not book again

delivered tickets to the hotel. Very nice.

Have delay more than 2 hours. This bus was New! 20 000km
