Absolutely awful communication from the company. Requested a change of pick up location and got holding responses for days. Never actually replied to me in the end thankfully the actual provided messaged me but 12Go were utterly useless. The drive itself was 40 mins late however the drive was smooth, comfortable with stops to see wildlife and use rest rooms

entering the hotel of arrival was very unclear and the driver contacted the hotel for a safe entering.

Great service, lovely driver, would definitely use again

We had a very good trip. We forgot our bag with the wallets, and he came back with it for us. Even before we realised we had forgotten. Thanks to the driver who saved our trip

We are so happy about the journey. Well organized, in time, really good and kind driver. And right amount of stops and duration time. Many thanks! :)

Todo estuvo bien, puntuales, el conductor muy amable y servicial, lo recomiendo

A great service to get us from San Jose to Manuel Antonio. The driver Misa , couldn’t have been more helpful with tips for the rest of our holiday

Pick up was even a few minutes early and our driver was great! He helped carrying the luggage, welcomed everyone, told us he could stop whenever we need it and the approximate time of our arrival. Sounds just normal but I have never experienced that before. Thanks, that was a nice shuttle!

Friendly and convenient!

Very nice! It is worth to pay more than the bus to have someone pick you up and drop you off anywhere you want and you have AC! My sister and I felt safe all the way!

We arrived 15 minutes before the appointed time. We were the first pick-up and the driver was able to get underway immediately. The van was clean, fairly new, comfortable and air-conditioned

Amazing! Will use them again - super fast and friendly.

The departure was on time, Bus ok, driver w/o English. Transport time was estimated with 1:45h from La Fortuna - San Jose, in reality 3:45h. The reason therefor are not calculated breaks and crazy routing. All together for 35$ and Costa Rika circumstances - OK

Trip was nice. Driver kind. But the air conditioning was to much.
