Prestia e Comande

Everything was great.

The trip was on time, it was easy to find a bus. The trip was comfortable, it was conditioner on the board which was really good.

Cheap and cheerful. Absolutely top class service. Great value for money and on time. The driver was very kind and well humoured. Nothing, it was perfect.

Perfect service. Time respect.

Comfortable cheap ride to airport Psleemo. Pick up many points along route, luggage storage, comfortable seats.

Explanation about the storage room for the baggages was poor. The way of explanation was quite rude; tourists could be upset.

Excellent. The bus was very clean and on time, the AC was on, the drive was a bit hectic, but can’t blame the driver as the drivers in Sicily are just all crazy haha. 10/10 anyway.

The Driver was courteous and helpful at 04.30! The bus departed on time, the journey was smooth and it arrived on time.

Mit was in time.

ETicket did not have bar code or qr code which made bus driver upset as he is unable to verify.

Easy & Quick to use! Very convenient and lots of collection points in central Palermo.

Comfortable low-cost transport to Palermo airport. Efficient, polite service. Air-conditioned bus with comfortable seats. Driver took care when loading & unloading luggage. Easy to book online & no difficulties when presenting printed tickets on the bus. The location of bus stops was difficult to find, both at the airport & in Palermo: more detailed information online would be useful.

Although we arrived 1 minute after the supposed bus departure, the bus conductor did not allow us to enter the bus (which had not departed yet) and as a result we almost missed our flight.

Easy and convenient.

Easy to locate and helpful staff. We were dropped a long way from our hotel, at night in a city we didn’t know. I think a closer drop off point would have helped.

The driver and attendant were both very patient and courteous. A clean courteous service.
