It was really amazing and smooth the drivers where on time and the journey was good

Very helpful staff at the station. Little to no communication after that. Bus driver didn’t say a word to us regarding how long the break was. Unable to change/adjust the direction of the AC, it was HOT throughout the ride. Bus layout did not match the layout when tickets were bought.

The bus was very old

Bus was late at pick up and over half an hour at destination. Interior was very worn and broken tray on seat which left sharp edges.

Airflow was bad, so I felt motion sick often. The Bus arrived at my destination about 2 hours late.

Bus came early and departed on time. The journey is also quite straight forward without too many unnecessary stops.

Bus was very late. The driver made an extra stop somewhere in the middle of nowhere for 15 minutes. No idea why. The driver was also on his phone in the middle of traffic. We felt unsafe.

The bus was old and noisy

Driver was on his phone watching tiktok and calling someone. Didn't appear to be a very talented driver, sometimes had trouble to shift gear correctly. The bus AC water dropped on me but luckily this happened only 3-5 times on the 2h30min trip.

The bus didn’t stop for a break

The price of the ticket online at 12Go is close to the price at the ticket counter. But you have to pay extra 2 RM per ticket to print boarding pass. Because the PDF file that your receive from 12Go doesn't allow you to check in. The bus was late for 40 minutes from the schedule time. It made us worry a little bit. But, except this everything was ok.

It's still necessary in 2026 to print the voucher and to pick up your ticket at the counter even when you already payed online. Why is not possible to receive a QR Code or something else and get your ticket immediatly per Mail? Additionaly we arrived 2 hrs late at our destination and the bus was not really clean. The curtains on my window where covered with something that looked like tomato sauce.

Old bus, bus driver was rushing us during the toilet break and even we had just a 5 min break and very limited traffic we had a delay of almost 1.5 hours on a trip of 3 hours and 20 minutes!

I probably should have given a 2, but I guess we should have know better about the promised time the trip would take. It should have been a 4 or so hour trip between Georgetown and Kuala Lumpur - it ended up being 7 or so and then we weren’t even taken to the station for which we bought the ticket. The bus was comfortable though and there was a lot of traffic, so the length of the trip couldn’t really be helped. The bus driver was very gruff and when we didn’t understand why we weren’t going to the correct station, he was very polite. They did offer a shuttle - which would have added even more time. We opted for a Grab instead.

Driver was 35mn late. Driver does not say a word nor cares at all about his customers. But his driving was ok.

We had two good experiences traveling with Plusliner during our trip in Malaysia. We took their buses twice: once from Kuala Perlis to Penang, and another time from Penang to Kuala Lumpur. Both journeys went very smoothly. The buses were clean, comfortable, and departed on time. The seats made the trips pleasant even on longer routes. We also appreciated the careful and safe driving of the driver, which made us feel relaxed throughout the journey. Overall, a reliable and comfortable bus company that we would definitely recommend for traveling around Malaysia.

Bus was on time, comfy. Good driver and stopped for bathroom breaks too. All good.

We went to ipoh first, which was not communicated beforehad and lead to +2h delayed arrival

It Said it would take mors than 2 hours I think, but it took maybe 1,5h. Really nice trip. No toilets on the bus but one free when your reach the stop!

The booking was easy and checkin was straight forward but we were not dropped at KL Sentral. Instead dropped at a different bus stop15minutes away from Sentral. The bus driver ushered everyone off the bus and told us another bus would pick us up, it did not. We ended up getting a taxi to sentral. Not had this issue before (using 12go) and think it was the bus operator.

Overall, everything went well. We had two stops on our trip. The busdriver went out without telling us how long we gonna pause here and whether there is the option to go on toilet. Just the bus driver was very egoistic and took that opportunity. Everyone else stayed in the bus because of the fear to be left behind.

Bus didn't go all the way to the destination. I had to board a small minivan to go last leg into town.

Comfortable seating, peaceful ride to central Kuala Lumpur

Driver was very friendly but the vehicle absolutely stank of cigarettes, so badly I thought I was going to throw up

We were dropped off at a different station (TBS) and transferred to a Van which had not been disclosed.

It's three different buses. First from sentral to the bus station (20 min), then waiting (45 min), the a bus to Ipoh and then a bus to Lumut. Whole trip took two hours more than anticipated. The buses were ok regarding space and cleanliness.

İn ticket arrival time was 2 hours. But it took 3 hours to arrive there. 2 h. is impossible I think

Delay at the arrival time, but all good

1.25 hour delay without any notice in check in counter, It made all riders uneasy.

It was easy to get the ticket, Bus was nearly on time. The Bus looked really old and not in a good condition, rust everywhere!we showed our Ticket at the Pulsliner Desk, she just said sit there and wait, printed ticket was not necessarily

1 hour delay of the bus, then we had to transfer to another bus in ipoh. in total arrived 3 1/2 hours later then planned on a 3 hour trip

To cold in the bus

The experience was ok. The bus did take a little longer but not too much. The bus though was kind of old and the AC was very very low or off, it was super hot during the entire journey. The driver did not speak English and it was hard to understand

The bus was good, and the trip went fairly well, except for the reckless driver who smoked while driving, leaving the bus with an unbearable smell.

We had a brand new bus, with very good seats. We left on time and arrived a little before time. Overall a connection to use again.
