Plana

Fast and very efficient service.

Double charged. Clean bus. Not allowed on the bus without paying a second time..in cash.

I had to buy a new ticket, because the driver and ticket selling-office did nit accept my ticket bought via you! Very frustrating!

SI ARRIVA IN UN BATTER D'OCCHIO. PULIZIA DEL MEZZO, CONFORT A BORDO, CLIMATIZZATORE, AUTISTA CON GUIDA PERFETTA.

No qr codes or anything else on the ticket so the busdriver could scan our tickets. Luckily he was so nice that he still took us with him! Otherwise we would have missed our plane. We had no Informations about the tarragona bus station (gates.). Hope you‘ll fix that anytime soon because i dont think that we‘re the only ones who witness this procedure.

The bus stop at Barcelona airport needs a clear sign. sign as lots of people confused, I was too. A. A Plana bus arrived before my bus at 22 h. The driver was great he helped at least 3 people, listened to them and me( I can't really speak Spanish and the other 2 travellers did not). He got us on the right bus, looked up information etc. He was practical and kind. More like him. The driver on the journey was alright but not as friendly. Feeling confused when I could not fine the bus stop. Stressful. The journey, safety and the coach were good.

Driver was rude.

The ride was comfortable and on time. There is nobody to provide information at the terminal. I had to ask people for precise information about where the bus stops and such.

Charged again for ticket because Airplane was late. We had purchased Two tickets online from Barcelona Airport to Tarragona with BusPlana. Our flight was delayed and the Bus driver would not accept our tickets even though it states that they are valid until Midnight even if your flight is delayed. We had to pay 31.90 Euros to get on the bus at 20.02 .

The website for booking tickets is a bit confusing. The convenience of being able to get a bus directly from the airport. I had a print-out of my ticket (with QR code) but needed to get a second one from a different bus driver.

The bus was on time.

Bus was clean and kept at a cool temperature .no stops just a straight run to Barcelona Airport Ver. No stops .air conditioner and the departure time was as it said and arrival right at terminal before time .excellent services. There was nothing not to like.

Everything was very good. On time, comfortable bus, excellent service.

The bus was on-time !

It was very hard to communicate with the driver in English, but this is something to be expected. Although I can understand some Spanish, for practical issues, I cannot speak it, so I talked to him in English. The problem is that he addressed me with an attitude, saying, in Spanish, "I'm not English, but Spanish". This is unacceptable for someone offering services to foreign tourists also.

Super. Everything Okay.

El conductor era una persona muy amable y me ayudo mucho con el problema que tenia con el billete online. Las personas de la taquilla no me ayudaron en nada,ya que yo compre el billete online y no recibi el email correspondiente.

Comfort, in time, direct connection. Bernardus, Heemskerk, Netherlands.

QR code not available, had to print ticket while you promised it was not the case.

Perfect. Bus arrived Departed on time Arrived my destination on time Lovely comfortable coach. The updates to the timetable did not appear to be the same as your website Be sure to print a copy of your ticket it is not acceptable on your phone.

Short journey to Tarragona. The bus was comfortable, and was on time. At the Barcelona Airport T2, it was not clear enough, from where the bus departs.

Very happy, only thing that needs improving is the directions on where to get the bus at the airport. Needs better instructions on where to get the bus at the airport, it took me half hour to work out where to go.

Easy to book, great price and reliable.

BUS DRIVER SAID MY TICKET WAS INVALID. The driver let me on and took me there on time. I bought this ticket online and went to the correct place. However, the driver said my ticket was invalid. I was very upset and almost having a panic attack, and thankfully a young Spanish lady spoke to the driver and pointed something out on my ticket and I was allowed on the bus. When I got off the driver told me again that the ticket was invalid. I immediately emailed the company to ask how this could have possibly happened- this is something that cause someone to miss their flight! I received no reply. Would never use this company again. Buy at the station!

El bus salio 10 minutos tarde, el abordaje deberia hacerce 10 minutos antes de la hora de salida por el manejo de equipaje y venta de billetes.

Correct.

So good. Punctuality. Organization.

Problem with the printed ticket. The driver didn't accept the printed tickets. We had to wait his other collegue driver so he could print a specific ticket from the one i gave him. Very stressful when you don't speak spanish and dont understand whats going on.

Good.

On time.

Drivers should know how to speak in English. Even help desk since English is a problem.

Very great bus and friendly driver.

The view from the window. The Spanish and the French don’t know how to queue!

The possibility to get from the airport to Tarragona. The bad service and angry bus drivers.

Value for the money. Once you manage to get on the bus, the ride is smooth and comfortable. There were two buses going to Barcelona airport at the same time but the signage was confusing and the drivers kept directing me to the other bus for no apparent reason.

Great. Fast, cheap and pleasant. Will definitely recommend!
