Neway Tours

Rode was 3 hours langer than the 8 hours advertised. Can not be made in time with stops and traffic.

I was impressed that I got a private car for the last section to Xela at no extra cost. Everything went smoothly and was pretty punctual.

nice driver, good car, transport was on time, everything was super fine!

Driver was kind, we were punctual. The comfort is of the van is below average.

The travel company was quick to advise and respond details for the pick up point. The driver stopped to cover all the luggage when it started to rain. He dropped me off in San Juan at my request, the town before San Pedro.

Squeezes in the bus. To much people. And the driver left us at 30 minutes by walk from Hotel. And he can go inside the town Because we are Tourist bus. And he just dont ask.

It said Hostel pickup and Hostel drop off but it ended up being at a meeting point and just dropping everyone off at a supermarket. It‘s fine, they just should change it in the description then. We left 40 minutes later but other than that the ride was nice :)

They are late bit give me message to tell it.

We weren’t dropped at the drop off point agreed on the booking confirmation. When we asked the driver he said no because cars aren’t allowed to drive there so we walked 10 mins to the drop off point with heavy bags to see that cars were in fact allowed at the original drop off

Had to wait in Antigua for 1,5 hours because we had to switch busses, which got us to Guatemala City 1,5 hours late. This change was not listed in the description of the trip.

Driver was on time and eveeything great schedule wise. I just got very motion sick during the drive because he didn’t drive very smoothly and used the break and gears a bit weirdly. Other than that no complaints

Both travels that I booked were MORE than 2hrs late. It took twice the time that was advertised!!

Arrived 3h later, had to Switch vehicle in Antigua

Was extremely late - was dropped off in the middle of Antigua and told I have to wait 2 hours for another bus Ended up arriving almost 3 hours later than scheduled, meaning the trip took up my whole day!

Comfortable transfer, friendly driver. A little late picking us up, but we arrived at the destination on time

Drivers speed while driving, they speed up to much

arrived 30 minutes late, and we waited in the shuttle another 30 minutes. I was told we were going to stop at Coban to withdraw cash because there’s none in Lanquin or semuc and we drove past it.

Transfer was good once picked up. Contacted at 0933 asking where the 0900 shuttle was and we were told we weren’t on the list, although we’d booked and paid. Fortunately they sent someone to get us and connect with the main shuttle in time.
