Metro Turizm

My bus was delayed without notice me more than 90 minutes

Comfortable and reliable trip

Would be a 1, only due to one of the drivers being rude, unstable you should learn the language when visiting but no need for the rudeness borderline aggression, there was a lady who did speak English and was very helpful hence the 3, rest of the staff were pretty nice

The station is very poorly located, and the service at the office is somewhat cold.

Everything was good. No problems.

At Ankara the bus left without waiting for passengers who had stepped out to go to the restroom. It was very chocking as some people had no one else in the bus to notice their absence. Bus went round because one person had family in the bus so they alerted the driver and assistant, but this was unacceptable and completly unprofessionnal. What if I had been left there, alone, in the middle of the night, without my belongings, papers, phone and no one in the bus to notice my absence. Driver was smooking in thus bus, this isn ot acceptable, even with window open.

It was good , driver was nice . But his helper was very aggressive and annoying and not helpful at all.

Everything was perfect indeed.

Easy helpgull .Maybe with less breaks could be more better..Anyway it's nice experiance.

The bus didn't have wifi service, abviousely they had over night but from the morning until we reach dustnation no wifi service at all.

Driver and his helper, very professional but I believe that a 7 hour trip must have 2

We had no internet because you only get internet if you have a Turkish phone number. The driver was smoking the whole ride.

The trip was ok, but an extreme fat man sat next to me and made the trip quite uncomfortable.

The driver accepted pick up from another spot, as I could not arrive on time to Trabzon bus station. That was very kind.

The driver missed the Trabzon Bus Station, went 1 hour further, so I had to go back to Trabzon on another bus. Not to mention the departure of the bus from Batumi Bus Station was 90 minutes earlier than it supposed to be.

good and fast!

I forgot my watch on the bus and no one replied to my messages.

Nice travel

The information on the pickup (boarding) point was wrong. The parking before Batumi Central Railway Station was clearly marked, and at that point there was a bus entrance point, so initially I had no reason to doubt it. But as I was the only one to wait I started to enquire and found out those buses start at the Metro bus terminal some 2 km away. I ended up taking 1 taxi each, to the bus terminal and then following the bus to the Georgian-Turkish state border, where I found the bus on the Turkish side. (Incurred costs: 105 GEL) I encountered my bus departing from there and waved, but the driver signaled he could not stop for me. In that situation staff at the bus terminal gave me the bus attendant's phone number and instructed me to take a taxi to a certain gasoline station. The taxi driver called, when we got there we were told the bus had already left for the border. The bus started from their terminal with a very small delay as for the departure time on the voucher, and arrived well ahead of the marked time.

No reclining seats. TV didnt work. Front row doesn't have any leg room due to hard wall.

WiFi was not available.Departure time was not on time.Seat was broken. It was not big problem but these are stress for me. You should not written about WiFi is available.

The front row seats were cramped with little legroom

No wi-fi no toilets is hard to travel like this.and not can charge the phone.

Starting time was delayed almost 30 minutes, and arriving time was earlier almost 2 hours.

The bus went around and around not directly to the bus stop at Goreme. The bus also came late. We arrived 4 hrs late than it should be. But the crew was good and cooperative.
