The "otogar" is excessively clean and easy to use. I could eat there and walk around without any trouble. When coming from France, and having been in the "otogar of Bercy", in Paris, that is a welcome change. The persons in charge in Lüks MuradOglu are friendly, helpful and try their best to answer your questions.

No one was speaking english or taking care to translate. The comunication was orrible. I didn’t understand that I should take with me all my baggage during the border, was not easy. When I finished the border the bus was 200/300 meter far, without any comunication.

Freezing AC was on almost constantly, even at night, and it was a horrible experience. We asked a driver to turn if off multiple times and staff knew that we were frozen, but they just answered "it's ok" or turned the AC for 10 mins. It's not only my personal complaint, some people even wore jackets and caps cuz of temperature. ON 8 JUNE, CARL!! Me and my friend got a bit sick after this ride, thanks to drivers.
