Lipe ferry and speed boat

I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent ferry booking. I specifically chose the ferry instead of a speedboat because I am prone to seasickness. However, I was informed only about one hour before departure that the service would be changed to a speedboat. At that point, I had no choice but to continue with the trip, as all other arrangements had already been made in advance. Despite this significant change, I was still charged the same price as originally booked. I find this situation quite unfair, as the service provided did not match what I had intentionally selected. I would appreciate your explanation regarding this matter, and I hope you will consider appropriate compensation

Efficient and professional

Good service but they were late

Driver didn't speak English and sometime his behavior without explanation looked bit rude. He also completely ignore Road code, but I think it is quite common problem in Thailand... Everything else is fine. Thank you.

Crews good in manners and service plus ferry clean .

Very tight spaces, very unconfortable trip. Everyone packed like sardines. An absolute lack of organization between the van company and the boat company.

Good, trip but it would be nice if every passenger have a lifeWest on his seat, not just some passengers

.

We bought bus + speedboat trip, but they put us in a normal ferry.

One Hour late needs better planning. One hour when you are traveling a long way and are on vacation means allot.

Everything was ok but i just wonder why we pay for entrance of a national park we never were brought and we never planned or asked to go?

Our flight arrived earlier than expected and the driver was already there :)

We arrived with the ferry at the pier and there wasn’t anyone there to pick us up. After having asked if there was an agent from 12go somewhere, they told me that I should go to their office across the road. There they immer knew who I was because the van had left 20 minutes before without us. They said they had waited for us we we didn’t show up at 11.30 - how could we have? We were on the ferry at that time! and there couldn’t have been a ferry that had arrived earlier; so I really don’t know why they left without us. Luckily they could organize another van which took us to Hat Yai airport. All worked out well but with a bit hassle…

The motor did not work well and we did the last part of the trip at very low speed. We arrived late and no explanation was given to the passengers

I went to the correct pier, the check in sent me to another 200 mitres away, I had to carry my suitcase, they sent me back and said boat not go eventually they let me on boat, not 12 Go fault

Seamless and safe

Good service with comfortable ride. Easy to find them once we exit from Parkbara pier. Hassle free

Boat was a trifle dated, but it went fast enough!

Boat did not leave at the time that I booked. It was pushed back half an hour and then arrived late. Was not happy waiting in the hot weather

Boat arrived on time but one of the engines malfunctioned on the way. Fortunately the other engines were ok so we made it in good time but those things should be checked and fixed before each trip

Driver was in a hurry. Drove to fast and music to loud

Great trip. Excellent weather. Not to compare with trip on 31-7-17 when the weather was stormy and a lot of rain. The boats need a lot of maintenance they're old and damaged. Too much risk for the people.

Driver came 10 minutes late to pick us up at the exit gate at Hat Yai AirPort while he was standing there al ready at the parking lot. He drove to fast in heavy rain. Could not seen much trough windshield. Irresponsible!

It was good though we had to remind operator that we had a booking. This took a little time to make them understand.

Well in time and good service. Driver dropped us at Hat yai airport.

It was a good speed boat as indicated at the time of booking.

On time

Supposed at 9:30 van, but they picked me at 8:15am.

Ran late, hard to find which bus to get on because it was handled by a different company, then once I'd finally got on one I was taken off it again without explanation! Both buses booked through 12go have been very poor experiences.
