Itabus

too delayed departure and arrival

We left with some few minutes later at Bercy....but the driver was good from paris to Lyon with any incident.

the bus was mostly empty so it was more comfortable because I could stretch more easily and recline seat. the bus was 1:30h late double decker top level height.

Fair value for money. Fair value for money and nice driver. The bus was late. And the toilet had no toilet paper, did not flush and made the whole bus smell very badly.

Quick. The station is not that clean.

1 hour late and no response to refund request. 1 hour late and no response to refund request. 1 hour late and no response to refund request.

The departure platform was not informed nor marked well and it was vety confusing to wait for the bus as I was not at all sure that I wated the bus on the right place.

nice. nice.

Incumplidos.
