Intissar Tours

Les sièges du bus n'étaient pas confortable, il a fallu payer les bagages en plus . Je suis déçu de ce voyage sachant que j'ai payé 25€.

Expect to pay 10dh to put your luggage in the hold. Bus was pretty dirty. Apart from that all good 😊

Our pick up point that we received with our booking indicated the old station, when we got there we were informed the station is closed, so we had to take another taxi to the new station.

We had to pay an extra fee for our luguage althougth it was supposed to be inclused in the ticket paid

Ok experience, not on time, bus was dirty, was harassed at the bus station to pay extra although luggage was included.

There is no clear direction on who you should give your ticket to because your are surrounded by ticket brokers.

The bus was very smelly...

The bus left a little late but arrived on time. It was full, a bit dated and tired inside, but comfortable. I would use them again as price was good. They stopped for bathroom stops.

Bus was late and dirty

Once we got on the station in Marrakesh, everybody was shouting en we didn’t know which bus to take. Eventually we just took a bus from which the guy was shooting essasouira. Then we couldn’t take our lugage on the bus without paying the guy money, eventually we arriverd one hour later then plannend.

No klimatization, crowded, stinky and extremly dirty, stops all the time, lack of space on the seats

The Bus was Not so comfortable and Not in time. But all in one it was ok!

Cheaper than other companies. Very local. Not much space for the legs. Durty bus. Longer journey, late departure. Delayed journey.

We were forced to pay additional fees for luggage

Confusing with having different bus companies and not saying anything about paying for luggage. Supra bus was great but the other one was terrible and had know way of knowing that.

Thanks..!!!

They pretended a fee for a 40lt backpack even if a 20kg luggage was included in the ticket. The bus was dirt with no air inside. They made multiple stops along the roads to let people in and out so we arrived at Essaouira 1 hour later than expected

We should have the bagage payed but we have to pay 20 dirham more to put our bagage. There were more people in the bus than seats so people had to be in the middle of the bus without seats.
