Got on at midnight, most travelers asleep; found our bunks & packet of sheets. Quickly made our beds up, locked suitcases up under the bunk & tried to go to sleep. Went quite well. Only niggle was passengers exiting the carriage (probably to use the bathroom, which we did not check out) & brushing our cubicle curtain open all the time - hence slept fitfully with banging of door & bright lights.

Train adequate. Only critiques; - tray tables need to be cleaned at end of each trip & not with a dirty rag - sitting backwards for 4 hours is not fun - tunable seats would be great (see Japanese trains)

The train was fine but it arrive over an hour late. The AC was not very cold

The train was old, worn and not very clean. There was no rubbish, but the windows and general area needed cleaning. The station experience is intimidating. People constantly trying to take your case to help you and demanding money. We did not give them our cases they were grabbed from us. The stations should ban non travellers from the stations and they definitely need more staff on the platforms. Having said all this the 12Go Asia were excellent, the information received was accurate and timely. I would use 12goAsia again.

Train on time, relatively easy to find the carriage - clearer signage on the carriages would be helpful as well as markings on the platform - see Japanese rail & train system as an exemplary example of train & platform organisation. We were very pleasantly surprised to be offered hot tea & a hot breakfast as part of the ticket - delightful. The train ride was comfortable. The train could be cleaner - the tray tables & windows need to be cleaned regularly & not with a dirty rag. There was quite stink from the toilets, fortunately we did not need to use them on our four hour trip. Much better management of toilet facilities is needed. Again, referencing Japanese trains, it would be GREAT if the seats could be repositioned to face the direction of movement; ie, facing forward. It was a long journey to be sitting facing backwards.

Enjoyable social life with fellow passengers.

The train journey was good, service excellent and food ok. Issue we had was that we were allocated in 2 different cabins - not ideal for my wife!! This was resolved by the carriage manager.

Reservation was confirmed but no seat allocation was provided. Made for a very challenging time at Delhi CANNT train station. The A class train car was comfortable enough but the santaion services were abysmal. The floor of the bathroom was filthy and wet, there was no toilet paper and the walls of the small cubicle hadn't been washed in years. Disgusting is a mild term to describe this.

Seat was different with us, if we can choose seats before departure the trip, it would be better for us.

It was easy to book the train with 12go from Agra to Delhi. Everything was ok, very helpful.

It is near impossible to figure out what car I was supposed to be on. My ticket said 1AC and I got on the 1A car, yet it was still wrong

It was great thanks to 12go for buying tickets… life was easier But for foreigners big difficulties to use zapatto or swiggy for foods when we do not have Indian phone number and so UPI gets difficult too

Everything went smoothly, even if the train was 2h late!

As someone who lives in Switzerland I have very big standards regarding trains My experience was actually great. You were able to but the seatback back and you got a meal with a water and tea and a banana. The train departed on the minute on time, but we stopped after 15 minutes for like 50 minutes which was why we were delayed 1h at the end. They never told us why and I still don‘t know what happenend but the train ride went over quickly and was for India quite good. It could have been cleaner but it was okay.

The smell of the toilet in our carriage(2nd class sleeper) was nauseating and the state of the toilet meant you did not want to use it. Pls forward this to Indian Railways!

The bus didn't come to the bus terminal that 12GO specified in the ticket. Pls reimburse it.

Good long distance train

4hours to travel about 250k. Too many vendors.

Hard experience.

Great journey. The sleeper was very nice to sleep in, bedding provided. Unfortunately the platform boards didn't work at Delhi Cantt so it was a bit of a rush finding our carriage.

The train arrived 9 hours 40 minutes late in pune.

The train departed exactly on time, the seats were spacious, the compartment was air-conditioned and the food was appreciated. The staff were amazing. If you’re off to see the Taj Mahal, I would definitely take the train.

I did not use anything, I only booked and this was fine...

Booking was without any trouble, checking tickets on the train went smooth. But not you fould, trains in India are very dirty and chaotic, let's say it was an adventure

Siliguri has no electronic boards and despite using an app if they change platforms as a foreigner you have no idea

The train was good. The station is manageable size. The service from 12go was great. Really helpful.

Overall a good a trip for a very fair price, maybe too cold for AC so bring a light jacket

Very convenient.

I loved the train trip, but it was 3 hours late departing. The abbreviation DLI means little to a foreigner and our taxi took us to the wrong station. I finally found an official who took the time to explain we were at "New Delhi Station" and we needed to be at "Old Delhi Station" there are 7 different long distance stations in Delhi. Local information is really hard to find and everything seems disorganized, with scammers at every juncture ready to pounce on unsuspecting tourists. Comfort in the train was average and toilets were disgusting. Staff on trains were virtually non existent and unhelpful with finding correct carriage and correct seats. Apart from these challenges I enjoyed the trip.

Straightforward process. Mattress are hard, but overall comfortable.
