The driver was very friendly, but the car had no air conditioning and it was hot.

The Bus was over an hour too late. They should have pick me up 12:05, but came 13:25 o’clock. Driver was unfriendly. No reason why it was late. I made 2 calls to ask when the bus will come. Both information were wrong, despite the said they called the driver. Driver drove too fast and was overtaking in curves as well as on places he couldn’t see traffic coming in our direction! Not to recommend!!!

The bus left 20 min. late. I had a ticket from Tbilisi to Ashtarak, but the driver refused to go to Ashtarak. He was very rude and said that he is THE driver and is deciding which way to drive.

Such an adventure to take a "bus" in this country.

First thing was that the support was horrible. I tried contacting people over the phone and WhatsApp messaging, but almost impossible to reach 1. The bus came late. It was a 10:00 departure, but we left at 11:00, so there was a 1-hour delay. That was not supposed to be happening, but it happened. 2. In between the breaks, the break was supposed to be 50 minutes, according to what the driver said, but he himself took more than 35, 40 minutes. Overall, there were two breaks. He took two breaks, and both were more than half an hour, 45 minutes. It got added. 3. Immigration was at both the Armenia and Georgia borders. That was a known thing, understood and understandable that it would happen. These were avoidable breaks. They could not have been so long. That was there. The bus quality was good, and the bus was comfortable. However, Wi-Fi was not working. Many times, people have requested Wi-Fi, but it was said it would work, but it did not work. There was no Wi-Fi. The ID and the password, whatever was there, did not exist. I don't know what the issue was. People are really pissed off with this thing.

The driver was overtaking each single car on the way, even in the curves. Opened windows in the front can not replace the AC.

The bus was about 40 minutes late, the shocks of the vehicle were shot, but worst of all, the driver was overtaking on a a solid white line,on uphills and on a curvy road, repeatedly!

Destination point was different than it was said in the ticket

Driver was courteous but drove a little fast. Gave enough time to clear customs and breaks along the way.

I was told to arrive at the bus stop at 8am, but my bus was scheduled for 8:30am. By 9am, I had not heard from anyone, so I started texting the bud company (Hayreniq Tour). Finally, someone got back to me on Signal and said the driver will come soon. I'm not sure they would have picked me up if I hadn't started ferociously texting. I confirmed the exact pickup point with the company 2 days before my ride, and they had my WhatsApp contact. It seems there is a miscommunication here, and the customer service could have been quite a bit better, in my opinion. Especially when you ask someone to get there 30 minutes early, and they end up waiting for 1 hour. Aside from that, the driver was great and did a good job getting us over the border to Tbilisi.

Departure time was 09:00 but we left 09:20am so we could not help delaying our meeting with friends at Yerevan. Also the driver was very rude.

The driver was very sociable and stopped us twice, making the trip more enjoyable than the first time I took it

Comfortable and easy to Access

Compared to the overnight train it was really good. The boarder control took only around 15 minutes (not like the 5 hours in the train) and we arrived on time. The only problem was that the bus driver was driving really recklessly, like he drove 90 in a 40 zone and tried to pass every car in front of us. He almost caused 3 crashes and there were no seatbelts in the car so we felt very unsafe.

To find the bus station in yerevan was easy. We even left as soon as we were complete. The stops along the way where clean and sufficient. The location where we got droped off in tbilisi was not the place we ecpected. So use a bolt to get from there to the final location is my recommendation. Car was clean, and comfortable. Minivan. Driver had no english knowledge but was friendly and everything was easy to understand. Border crossing was easy and was easy to find the car and driver on the orher side.

Trip was very on time. Driver was professional. Border crossing was orderly and straight forward. Drop-off point is not very central but not really an issue as long as you have a working SIM card to call a ride share car.

The driver was excellent but the manager in the bus station was rude and unfriendly.

Durin the trip it was a fight between the driver and the passengers, almlst the driver lost control of the vehicle

It was ok. Departure was on time. Arrival was not. Too many stops.

Suicidal trip, drivers should have their licenses revoked and be jailed for manslaughter. We risked three head-on collisions due to reckless overtaking due to high speed.

Cheap, fast & reliable

The trip is more than 6 hours, not 5. Also the bus is very uncomfortable. Almost no AC.

The driver drove to fast and he was not friendly to me.

The trip went well. When arriving at Avlabari, I was accompanied to the vehicle. It was a small minivan for 7 persons and enough space for luggage. The driver spoke basic English but well enough. I was in Azerbaïdjan before but had no particular issues crossing the border. The drive in itself was confortable: the road was in good shape, the driving was fast but still acceptable and the risk was measured. If you’re bothered by the driver looking at his phone then just take the train or a flight, that is just how they drive in the region.

Good travel experience from Yerevan to Tbilisi. The driver was helpful, professional, and got us there quickly. Some parts of the road were a bit scary due to the mountain turns, but the journey was smooth overall. Recommended.

The vehicle for transport did not correspond to what had been stated, and the driver was not very pleasant. When we didn't understand what he was saying (he didn't speak English), he yelled at us.

Very courteous service in office at Yerevan bus station. Great driver!!! Pleasant, friendly, helpful, attentive to the road and traffic patterns, handled difficult situations passing slow trucks in the mountains beautifully, wasted no time, but always totally safe!

No Wi-Fi. It was another company (50 GEL) at bus station. Communication bad. 30 min delay departure. 1 hour delay arrival. Landscapes during travel are amazing. Driver drove safely.

It was an amazing experience. It takes 5h 30 mins with stop for food and border control. It is better to book from Kilikia Bus station as it is easier location where the operator arcomfort.am as the office and the minivan is located at the same location.

Highly recommend, great way to get from Yerevan to Georgia, van was super comfortable

The bus was not in time, not leaving from Avlabari metro station, driving too fast, breaking the speed limits very dangerously. Driver was kind and nice.

The departure was not at 10 am as mentioned in a reservation, nor 10:30 as mentioned in the window of your office, but 10:07. The driver overspeeded. For example in Alaverdi at the area of 40 km limit he drove over 90. The minivan did not go to Avlabari metro station, where we bought our tickets. We were not informed before: not online, not in phone while calling a day before, not at departure from Yerevan, not on the way. We had to buy a taxi from Ortachala to Avlabari. Are you going to pay back that?

The ride from Tbilisi to Yerevan was disappointing. Suppose to be a 5 Hr ride took 8 hours. The driver took a different border crossing.. Minivan slightly better than the marshruka..

Comfortable vehicle, long leg room!

It was a comfortable ride from Tbilisi to Yerevan. The van was specious with enough legroom unlike Marshrutka. Border crossing was hassle free. The driver was efficient and made a longer stop in Armenia.

We were waiting in the middle of nowhere during the night to wait for the minivan which arrived 45 minutes late...

The bus arrived forty minutes late for pick up (supposedly at 13.00). Two hour wait at Georgian immigration (not the company's fault obviously). The driver drove fast as expected, but I didn't feel unsafe, although I didn't like him taking calls on his mobile (ten or eleven in total) while driving. We had a twenty minute meal break, which was ok. Arrived at 21.30. The bus was pretty comfortable.

Pdf does not say that the office is called COMFORT TOUR. Driver was riding with open windows and refused to close them, airco was useless. Overall, a very average experience.

Everything we read about this company is true. The driver drives too fast and in a reckless and dangerous way. They dont use AC and also speak on the phone while driving. However it seems that this is the way everybody drives around here. It does get you to your destination and makes breaks for food and WC.

Driver turned on the AC but 2 windows in front was opened the whole time…suffered from dust and heat !!!

2.30hr delay with relevant problem during the trip

Pickup was 1,5 hours late. Driver drove fast, but was not reckless. Crossing the border was good and driver knew how to guide us.
