The guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the places he was taking the group to.

Would have been nice for the coach driver to help me with my bag after seeing me walk up the hill with it. But all good other than that

Nice ride on a very comfortable bus

Except for a problem with the heating in the early hours of the morning the trip was seemless. The bus driver fixed the heating as soon as he was able.

Prices was ridiculous and took way to long when half the stops didn't need to be done

Super easy trip. Buses were comfortable, on time and the drivers were very friendly.

Bus was delayed with more than 2 hours, and we don’t get any notice for this.

Chose Greyhound particularly for the comfort and amenities but had to travel on a second rate bus. Very very disappointed.

Enjoyable.. only major concern is the seats need a fold down tray , otherwise it gets too squishy and awkward with people using devices.

Good service etc. Sleeping in a bus is always hard tho

The driver was an amazing guy and even though there was a huge delay he kept everyone me up to date and made us all feel extremely relaxed and informed. I could rate him higher.

Very angry about paying nearly twice the price ( $63 instead of $35) by paying on line via Google through what turned out to be an overseas booking agency call ed 12Go in Cyprus. How can Greyhound buslines allow others to sell their tickets and rip off their customers? I wont be booking online for a ticket with Greyhound again.

The driver went 30 minutes the wrong way no way past Byron bay

Although there was a delay after that everything went smoothly so well done greyhound

The driver was an excellent driver and also very friendly, getting peoples names and putting their suitcases on the bus.

The service was good but they told me that the only way I could change my ticket was if I called them. I live in Denmark so it was very very expensive to change the tickets but they said there was no other option

This bus was significantly late & I had no way of knowing it was running late & got quite worried. I rang the Greyhound 1300 phone number, but their lines don't open until 8:30am. I thought perhaps the booking had not taken into account daylight saving time as the 6:30 AM did not include 'AEDT' (Australian Eastern Daylight Time) in parentheses after the time. The seats were very comfortable, but as I hadn't travelled on this type of coach before I couldn't work out how to recline my seat. The temperature on the coach was also quite cold - the information should say to bring a light cardigan.

The location of the terminal is great. Greyhound staff are helpful and informative at the terminal. The Driver was kind, helpful. The coach was very clean and comfortable. The driver got is there on time. Excellent service, thanks.

The driver was a terrible representation of Greyhound Australia. His attitude towards passengers was deplorable. Before I got on the coach, I wanted to ask if his coach was the one I needed, and without even looking at me, his reply was extremely rude and said in a manner that was totally unnecessary and unacceptable. His tone in the way he spoke to every passenger except one, was in a gruff and rude manner and was almost insulting. The driver, Damien, needs to be spoken to by his superiors, and should change his approach to his passengers. His driving was distracting and he tailgated the vehicles in front, to the point of being unable to even see the vehicles registration. Over all an extremely disappointing experience on this coach

The driver he’s was so good and nice

I must inform you that the driver from Brisbane to Mooloolaba was very rude and grumpy. People were putting their cases on and there was nowhere else for me to put mine so I put it on the other side of the partition. He yelled "who put that case there". I said I did and he said" well get it off. I didn't tell you to do that". It so happened that that's where my case was meant to go anyway coz mine was the 1st stop. Even the other passengers raised their eyebrows and said that was rude. I travel a lot on Greyhound in WA and they've always been friendly and polite. I hope I don't get him on my return trip! Also, it was very stuffy on the bus. The air barely came through. Fresh air would've been very welcomed, even if the door was left open every now and then.

Wifi didn't work, no tray table and no USB port to charge.

It was a last minute booking with my kids but the treatment we got was amazing the drive was very helpful and welcoming to us and it was our first time taking a bus but we had a great time
