Emily HMake sure you meet the bus at the bus stop instead of asking for hotel pickup. The bus did not pick me up even after calling to confirm it was coming and I waited around three hours in the end before someone called to help. They did however rearrange my bus for me for free and provide me with free accommodation for the night as I had to wait a day to get to my destination. Once the issue was resolved the buses were very good and efficient and they were very apologetic.

Nicholas TIt wasn't excellent like the previous trip with the same operator. Previously the bus went on the ferry whereas this time we took a speedboat which meant unloading and reloading luggage at both ends, carrying it onto the boat. Easy enough for me but wife and daughter struggled. Also the bus didn't take us to our destination accommodation as stated, so we had to get a taxi at the end.

Karolina SEverything went smoothly from start to finish. The departure was perfectly on time, and we were given a bottle of water on the bus. There was also a 20-minute break during the journey.
We also had a very friendly guide who accompanied us throughout the whole journey. He explained everything clearly, told us about each stage of the trip and always let us know what we would be doing next, which made the whole experience very easy and stress-free.
The transfer to Cat Ba was very well organised, including the speedboat/ferry to the island. What pleasantly surprised me the most was that all passengers were then dropped off directly at their hotels — I honestly wasn’t expecting that at all!
I was very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Everything was well organised, comfortable and punctual. I highly recommend this service and will definitely use it again whenever I travel in Asia.

Júlia JWe were scheduled to arrive in Mai Chau at 3:00 PM, but we didn’t arrive until around 5:30 PM, 2.5 hours later than scheduled.
This was a major issue because we only had one day in Mai Chau, and the sun sets around 6:00 PM. As a result, we barely had any time to see or enjoy the place. We essentially lost the only afternoon we had there because of the delay.
We understand that delays can sometimes happen, but a 2.5-hour delay is unacceptable when the arrival time is an important part of the itinerary. We booked this trip expecting to make the most of our limited time in Mai Chau, and unfortunately that didn’t happen.
Very disappointing experience and definitely not what we paid for.

Maddie BAfter receiving exceptional service on all of our transport whilst in Vietnam for the past month, this journey was disappointing. We paid extra for a 3hr “luxury” bus and ferry, but we were put on a standard bus and took the speedboat instead of the ferry. The journey ended up taking over 4 hours instead of 3 and the bus was so busy that as a couple we were unable to sit next to each other. We supposedly arrived late due to the weather, but I am struggling to see how the weather impacted the time of the journey as we left everywhere on time and did not have to make any diversions as far as I am aware. I instead think that the trip was falsely advertised to us - we would have chosen the cheaper option if we knew that the journey would have been like this. We did not receive the trip we booked.

Fabian BChanged our bus in Hanoi, first bus driver didn’t inform us about anything, probably because he didn’t speak English, bus had some beeping all night and he also drove pretty fast in bad weather and on winding road, so we couldn’t sleep a lot. Michelle MWe booked a limousine + ferry transfer. Instead got 2 tourist buses, speedboat, taxi and to end a speedy and reckless limousine ride to Cao Bang. Not recommended.

Samuel WOver two hours late, company said they would pick us up from motel then 5 minutes before we were meant to be picked up told us we had to meet them at a location 10omutes away

Or BThe coordination was fine. We got picked from the hotel and drop off at the hotel. Everything was on time. The problem was with the driver. The ride was super dangerous and scary, he drove super fast and not safe at all. We almost crashed more then few times. He should not be a driver!
