Golden Coach

The driver smoked out the window and the bus had curtains throughout the bus so we couldn’t see anything out the window. But it was nicely cooled at least inside

Hmm.... information in website is not right. Why? BC bus was two hours late in Kuala Lumpur. Ride was ok, no trafics, speed was ok. I think, it is not possible did ride in 5 hours. Ride take 7 hours. Bus was comfortable. We had one stop 30 minutes - if You want You can eat....but, if You have cash. There are food court - only cash. Operator in Singapore was very nice and helpful.

Bus was on time and driver was nice. Bus was a bit old and hat no charging or toilet. We were also Not allowed to eat on the Bus and only drink water what was a bit tricky with the kids.

Bus had more than 2 hours delay

Our coordinator at the office is excellent!! She is knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful!!! Our driver was efficient and helpful

So complicated to find the departure !!! So early for something . 1 Hour delay

A very comfortable bus but one minor issue was that the final destination was not as advertised. This wasn’t a big deal as we were let off at a Metro station but still, I expected better from a VIP style bus that charges a premium price.

the women from the counter in singapore was an angel!! the bus was clean and the seats big and comfortable!

Too many stop

Bus is clean and comfortable and staff are friendly and helpful..

Friendly staff and driver.. helpful

Longer drive than expected (2 hours later) but very comfortable

The commanding chauffeur must go to Thailand for a communication training. And on the trip that last at least four hours we didn't even get a bottle of water. 😕 The lady in the check-in was kind and helpful although.

Service on time, comfortable seats and service. Air conditioning was waaaayy too cold and the drivers was not so kind, but acceptable for the price.

The bus was almoste completely empty so there was more than enough space. Everything went well but we arrived 1 hour late. However, this is quite common due to the border check and frequent traffic jams around Kuala Lumpur.

The counter for check in is very hard to find. When you find it it works well, except for the QR code for the malaysian registration

We arrive to destination 1h30min later than scheduled.

It was perfect!!

Bus startet in time. Very spacefull expierience, big seats. Arrival time was a little bit later then announced. Reason: Traffic jam on the highway. Not the companys fault.

Great service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. However the stop was just 2 minutes to go to toilet, no time to eat something or change money (route Singapore -KL)

Didn't get where l wanted due to protest. Service should of organized other transport to get me there

No problems. Very efficient. We were very happy

Definitely a nice bus, double decker is just so fun.. I rate 4 and not 5 coz it's not allowed to bring food or eat inside the bus but other than that it's comfortable

Very good all the service

Good bit stop to have lunch in a place Where u inle has one place to est snd is extremos expensive

very comfortable bus.
