Getaway Travels

Arrived for a short stop in Coban on the way. Driver said we were waiting on another passenger who would arrive in 10 minutes. 44 minutes later another bus arrived and the driver told us we all had to swap to that bus for the last part of the trip. But before leaving the other bus had a 40 minute stop so our 15 minute stop turned into one and a half hours! The second driver told us that the company often does this, offloading their passengers without warning, and he recommended laying a complaint as he agreed it is very poor customer service.

Got told it takes 6 hours. Ended up taking 12 and had to change buses.

The driver was excellent. I wish communication was a bit sooner . Maybe it was when I booked my spot . Overall good service

Shuttles and overnight bus all on time.
