Driver was good ,no problem

Scenery was beautiful. The only thing is I wish we could have chosen our seats.

The bathroom was locked for the entire trip. 12go sold the business class seat as coming with drink and food. It doesn’t.

The transport is very affordable and it gets you where you need to go. The pickup point was easy to find due to the video sent by Whatsapp. However, we were very confused about which van was the correct one for us. At first they wanted to drive us and our luggage separately, and of course we didn’t want that. Besides, they do not speak english at all.

Easy to book. Functions great for the train!

The only the conductor never checked the toilets no toilet paper in a 5hour trip you would think he would check the bathroom as the train was a good experience

I made an secound reservation . Now from kutaisi to batumi.on the 16th of june. at 11:10 The boardingadress was NOT the good one. I payed about €13 for the BUStour. ALL FOR NOTHING The taxidriver also fond it very strange I feel cheated. Now i have to go to the airport ,buying a new ticket . Another 13 Euro. PLEASE, I want my money back. Train on time crowded noisy cold loved it!

I recommend to provide seat selection, Carriage and deck (upper/lower) to be included while booking. I don't mind the commissions and the seat selection could have made my travel and booking experience excellent with 12Go

Our flight was cancelled and GR doesn’t have any policy to refund even in case of genuine reasons. All our money go waste. Very disappointing

Train was fine , but no wifi, no charging points , no paper in toilet, no chance to nuy any drinks.that was in economy. Comfortable seats, 1 hour less than bus . Checking into the train takes long time, one lady with a paper list of passengers.

Next time I would definitely book first class, the other seats are pretty hard. So a night ride where one wants to sleep is less comfortable in anything else but 1st class.

I bought 2 tickets and the seats werent near each other. It was in totally other places

Employees were RUTH Bathroom were FILTY and out of supply I bought first class for my wife and I at the same time but we could not even sit together

The team was helpful.. I entered wrong email and they support me and send me the ticket after the confirm my details.. Was great experience.. but I booked 2 tickets and it wasn’t together.. it was separate chairs and in different spots

The train crew made me put my tiny dog into a carrying bag (that I luckily had but never used) where she's never traveled in 11 years of her life so she was really scared. I had to sit with her throughout the whole journey (5 hours) on the stairs to the second cart floor in the train vestibule, the crew wouldn't let me into the cart. This is borderline animal cruelty and I was deprived of the proper service I purchased. Also, no rules concerning bringing an animal on board were brought to my attention while making a purchase.

Hot food and drinks required for so long trip - 5-6 hours. Besides, cold fridge (both) get empty within a 2-3 hours... so, they doesn't help much..

In general good enough. In detail, missing hot beverages and food. 5-6 hours trip is too long to have only cold water and snacks from fridge

Trains aren't as fast and very packed. Bathroom was dirty, and no paper towels

I had booked business class but could not feel the impact of it although it was approx. 3-4 times than second class ticket. Wifi was not working. No Latte Coffee was available (hostess mentioned that only available option is Americano). Except table between the seats I could not find any other benefit of travelling with business class.

Alles perfekt geklappt, wenn auch mit total veralteter Technik. Die DB ist wohl moderner uns gepflegter, aber ihre Zuverlässigkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ich bin mit dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr zufrieden

No internet in the train. When I asked the operator why dont have internet as it seen every where in the vagon with singhts and advertised the answear was I DONT KNOW
