The drive was not unpleasant, but the bus lacked toilets, and that’s not what the add said and the driver wasn’t nice, as a foreigner you didn’t feel welcome at all. Very negative energy but we arrived in one piece, and I’m after all thankful for that

Skopje bus station was an amazing piece of architecture and well worth the admission fee.

so crowded. the bus was so crowded and air condition is not enough. although the bus is very old. it was a 3,5 hour road trip, hope to get a wi-fi.

Excellent service. Having travelled to ohrid with another company which was a terrible experience the journey with Galed ohrid was excellent. Very clean vehicle, good legroom adding to a comfortable journey. Prompt, great standard of driving. In our opinion this is the only company to use for skopje - ohrid - Skopje trip.

Felt like the journey from hell - never travel on Galeb. Nothing except it did actually get us there - very late! The bus was late, filthy with broken seats and the bus station should have given us seat numbers but didn’t so we ended up sitting separately in the last 2 seats. My husband was in a broken seat and the driver first told me to either get off the bus or sit on the floor until I insisted on taking the seat he had reserved for his own bag and coat. I had been sick earlier in the day and this journey was the worst bus journey we have ever taken. You must tell people booking online tickets that they need a seat number before boarding.

Pontualidade. O ônibus era confortável e o motorista muito prudente e seguro. Tudo ótimo. Gostei de tudo.

The bus was on time. It was a comfortable ride. The driver was very friendly and careful. Bus arrived on schedule and reach our destination on time.

Driver was good and also managed to arrive early. Included short stop after 2 hours for toilet. Seats are comfortable but not a lot of leg room. I booked online but then when you get to station you then have to reconfirm at the office across the road and then again at terminal (and pay 30 DM, can use credit card). Was on the window and not a lot of leg room.

Driver was really rude. Breaktime was not confortable. Aircondition was our of order. Experience with this route was not comfortable.

Everyting was good. The Guy sitting next to me was big.

Could’ve been worse. I had to pay more money using your service than the original company, just to be told once I got to the bus station that my ticket isn’t valid until I get a real one from the original company that has an office outside the bus station. They were so slow, almost was late. And yeah, I was supposed to pay an additional 0.5€ fee for some reason to be let in the bus.

Everythink was fine, we were even ealier, than it was sad on webside. That I was on time.

The AC wasnt the best.

Driver was very reckless and was not careful. Driver almost got us into an accident with a sudden break causing a few people in the bus to get small injuries.

You have to do the check in again even if u buy.

The trip was okay. A comfortable, air-conditioned bus, with a break in a petrol station café on the way. The cooling water of the bus boiled over on the climbs, so we had to slow down.

Ride to lake Ohrid. Excelent driver, solid bus and good price. There was no instruction how to get ticket before you entering in bus. You should go with your electronic ticket in office Galeb to get papir ticket, and after that buy ticket to enter in bus terminal. Maybe getbybus can charge this bus terminal ticket , when you buy bus ticket via the web???

Efficient service. Straightforward efficient service. The driver was using his phone for large parts of the journey.

Efficient and on time. Bus was on time and the journey was efficient. The online booking only gives a vague idea of seats. I had to repeatedly move to allow booked passengers have their seats.

Comfortable and relaxed ride. Good seats and air conditioning. Had to go across the street to print a ticket and back to the terminal to pay additional 30 MKD TAX. This was not explained when I purchased my ticket. It should be explained.

Not very cool air conditioning. Arriving quickly without many passengers. a bad air conditioner Can't go to the bathroom while traveling.

The bus was very old and not clean on our seats. Old bus, not very clean.

Bus was on time, clean and the driver seemed very professional.

A fine way to get to Skopje. It was comfortable despite being windy roads and busy. There was a stop along the way for passengers to get off. The bus had the seatbelts removed and had no wifi. It was very hot in the bus.

Borzalmas busz. Pontosan indultunk és 20 perccel hamarabb érkeztünk meg Skopjéba. A légkondi rendesen működött. A busz nagyon koszos volt, az ülésekre, háttámlákra rágógumik voltak ragasztva. Az ülések és háttámlák töröttek, az előttem ülő fiú ülésének a háttámlája folyamatosan hátra esett, ez egyikünknek sem volt kellemes. A függönyök lógtak. A biztonsági övet nem lehetett bekötni.

Lassú buszozás Ohridba. Pontosan indult a busz. Kisebb busz, ami tele volt utassal. A neten vásárolt jegy nem tartalmazott pontos ülésszámot. A vezető mutatta meg a felszálláskor, hova ülhetünk le, viszont erre az ülésre másnak volt érvényes helyjegye, amiből vita támadt. A sofőr eléggé fáradt lehetett, mert többször is majdnem elaludt. Ezen az eredetileg 10 perces, de valójában közel félórás szünet segített valamennyit, mert láttam, hogy több kávét is megiszik. A hegyre alig tudott felkapaszkodni a busz, küszködött a motor, szinte lépésben mentünk (a Google Maps sebességmérője szerint volt, amikor csak 12 km/h volt a sebességünk). Ilyenkor a légkondi sem működött. Majdnem egy órás késéssel érkeztünk meg.

Fast journey, nice bus driver and comfortable ride with one small break. Nice bus driver, the bus came and departed at the scheduled time. The bus was also clean and there was enough space for bags and rucksacks. The air condition was very loud in the back of the bus.

The ride was paused for over half an hour because of motor damage. No information, nor transparency. That a bus for replacement could be found relatively quickly. The bus driver didn't announce that there was something wrong with the motor of the bus, that we cannot continue the ride and that there will come another bus for replacement. There was no information and no transparency.

Departed on time. Timekeeping. Seat pitch.

Arrival was early. Driver is trying to speak in English despite language barrier. Glad we were able to arrive in the bus station early. Booking with getbybus is so easy. Confirming that I received my bus ticket, printed it and was able to use it properly. The bus seats need a make-over. Seats are quite tight. No space for bags to be placed under the seats.

Grumpy driver not willing to help anyone. The driver was grumpy right from the start. Very unpleasant person. No view because nearly all the windows had leaks and there was condense in between. So no view. All the chairs were broken. No armrests, they had been removed or were broken. Very old bus, beeping and cracking whole ride. Seen by the price we paid around 17€ I would have expect better equipment, plus a kind nicer driver.

Very organised bus station and ticket was ok with the driver. More information on the fact you need to pay a bus station fee when buying the ticket, and what to do with the ticket (e.g go to the counter and get them to validate etc).

Had to exchange the ticket at the office, and pay tax at the bus terminal.

Issue in boarding pass. All except geolocation of boarding in boarding pass. Geolocation in boarding pass was wrong, I arrived via google maps according to your coordinates, and there was nothing there, closed ruined parking. Pls change the geolocation in boarding pass to correct one: to Belgrade autobus station geolocation.

Driver was extremely rude. no need for that kind of behaviour, made me feel really uncomfortable..

Skopje-Ohrid-Skopje by Galeb busses. The travel was good and I found it easily.

Bus was on time, booking was straightforward, journey was uneventful and reasonably comfortable. Bus was quite tired and some of the seatbelts didn't work.

Chairs were broken and AC did not work. Faster than planned. Broken chairs and AC that did not work. Not a good value for money.

Mobile phone policy. The ride through the lovely scenery. The driver used his mobile phone very often - he talked about Sinusol to somebody for a long while. It was quite worrying for passengers.

Competent and comfortable coach journey. Left on time. Good driver, comfortable coach which had good air conditioning on a very hot day. Arrived a bit earlier than scheduled. The seats had no arm rest on the corridor side.

The driver was best! On our tickets, we were free to sit between seat 35-39. However all seat was sold and we sat on random seats. The driver helped us.
