Bus was on time. Not been able to select my bus seat.

A fast trip to Veliko. Bus was just a few minutes late for pickup, but we arrived 30 min earlier than scheduled, which was great.

Punctual. The sear is not confortable, no WiFi, no toilet on board.

Conductor muy antipatico. Estaba limpio. Al ir a poner la maleta en maletero el conductor sin hablar me hace un gesto que yo interpretó como que si no voy a aeropuerto suba equipaje al bus, Al subir el de malas maneras empieza a elevar el tono de vos, entonces me doy cuenta Q quería la maleta en el otro lado del maletero, la bajo y la coloco.Si desde el principio hubiese hablado y no hubiese hecho un gesto con desgana, nada de esto hubiese ocurrido. Posteriormente sube una Sra de la compañía de autobuses gritando contrariado a unos pasajeros sentados al final del bus. No sé qué dijo pq hablaba búlgaro. No volveré a comprar billetes en esta compañía el trato ha sido malo y maleducado.

Nothing comes to my mind. The worst part of the ride was very loud music that we had to listen the while time, from 5am! Me and my friend wanted to sleep, but because of the driver it was impossible. The other problem was that this music was very bad. Another problem - it was very cold in the bus and it was impossible to turn off the air conditioning. Also, I can't understand that there was no toilet in the bus when the ride tool more than 7 hours. Very bad experience.

A good trip, generally. The driver smoking, no films on the TV- a popular romantic comedy would have been nice.
