Easy Transfer

Very professional end-to-end, including the border hand-over. The trip was comfortable and very efficient. End result: much better than air travel!

The driver was super friendly, he even arrived 15 minutes before, even if we have such an early schedule starting at 7am, and the car was so comfy which my mum and I enjoyed the ride so much! Thanks again Рустам!

The positive aspects were that driver was punctual and that the crossing of the border with change of vehicles/drivers was very smooth without any problems. However, the driver from Almaty to the Borderline was constantly using his mobile phone, even at high speed up to 150km/h.

The trip was great. The booking experience could be improved. I was unaware of the 12Go fees for the service provider and the fees by payment type are steep in my opinion.

Timings were fine on the journey, but it took a lot longer than I’d have liked to get the confirmation which nearly led to having to find an alternative. Also, most importantly, I should not be having to shout at the drivers to stop texting on their phones during the journey. One occasion nearly led to a serious accident and there were other times when I had to say something. We also picked someone up on one leg of the journey, so it definitely didn’t end up being a private shuttle, which is fine, but I’d expect some money back given how expensive it was.

Easy process to the border. Driver is waiting. Great driver from border to Almaty.

Good comfortable ride and good communication
