Candy Tours

Great trip from Himare to Tirana. Good driver.

I had a hard time finding the Trip N Hostel, the Maps location was not acurate. On the PDF, there was no phone number to contact someone to make sure to find the Hostel (some thing to be changed). The Hostel called a taxi to drop us off at a gaz station without explaining to us that a mini van will come pick us up there. We were 2 female, not in our home country, not speaking the language, I think a better job can be done by explaining the whole process. I did not feel safe with the driving of the driver. The only positives points : I got to Himarë early, we had two restrooms breaks, we had AC and I arrived safe.

The worker at the hostel forced the driver to take more people than were originally meant to travel on the bus. People were crammed into it with their cases and baggage on their laps and the whole way down the aisle of the bus. The cramped journey made the experience more uncomfortable, however the driver made good time and was helpful with the luggage.

Quick easy to book and great van air conditioned and decent space no complaints

They had a problem with the pich up..so they sent me a taxi to take me to shkoder and gave me money for a cold drink while i was waiting...unbelivebly super prophetional.

Driver smoking inside the van. Wifi was very slow.

Ze waren op tijd, we kwamen ook een beetje vroeger aan dan gepland. Het was een veilige rit. Iemand op onze bus had een voedselvergiftiging en daarvoor is de chauffeur ook gestopt wanneer die het nodig had.

The view and the music the driver had. Hello hope everything is good with you! I want to give you an honest review and say I have a hard time seeing myself booking you guys again. The ride was frightening beacuse the driver was driving wrecklessly. I was praying we made it out alive, and that was not a nice feeling to bare during something that could be a beautiful ride in the mountains. Hope this review is helpful.

Poor air conditioning in the bus and very less space for people > 1,78m.

We arrived, but probably we will not do it again. We arrived where we wanted. Poor organisation, poor communication the traffic, change of vans, lack of information.

The Air-conditioning was very poor.

There were not enough seats for everyone, so two people had to sit on the floor. This is a serious safety concern. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, making the ride very hot and uncomfortable.

Candy Tours excelled. The office was very efficient contacting us before the travel and responding to our needs. The driver they supplied was punctual and drove very safely. Would definitely recommend Candy Tours.

Excellent friendly service and safe driving by the driver.

Not what I paid for but an interesting experience. My first ride with candy from Tirana to Shkodër was amazing. Sprinter van that was very comfortable and pickup/drop off as promised. Because my original ride was comfortable and convenient, I booked with them again for by trip back to Tirana. The “bus” ended up being a small car where I was squished in the middle back seat, not the van I was expecting! Everyone was nice and it was an interesting and authentic experience but I wouldn’t have booked this and paid €15 for this very uncomfortable ride. We also weren’t dropped off or picked up where promised. I think there wasn’t enough people for the van so they did this instead, which is totally understandable, just very expensive and unexpected based on my previous experience.

Shkoder to Tirana. Convenient Shokder city center to Tirana city center transport.

Great Driver!!! Super!!!

Excellent driver. Benny was a very good driver There was free Wi-Fi We left on time and arrived early.

Good ride, hassle free. No frills, good value travel.

My destination was Himare coming from Shkoder. After the ride I wanted to travel nu normaal bus to Sarandë. 10 km before reaching Himare the driver stopped the bus from Himare to Sarandë and I managed to get in that bus. That was great!
