Boonsiri High Speed Ferries

Perfect experience, boat was confortable and on time, transfer was perfect too.

The journey was ok all went smoothly. But the hotel pick up information could be better. Time given, then the small print says to be ready 2 hours before. Then says will inform you nearer the time. Very confusing

Took unnecessarily long as drove far south to get picked up by a different vehicle before heading east

The harbour does not handle ferries. And you don’t inform your customers, that you know another possibility. Until one day before take off. That is not very professionel.

Everything was perfectly organized

Perfect all was quiet cofrtable and new catamarn with comfy seat lots of space . Was half empty and staff is very nice and friendly ! I usually go with lomprayha but first time try them and very recomend ! 🤩

Easy and comfortable

We should arrive round about 11.30. But we arrived at the resort st 16.00. The bus from bangkok was late at the ferry and we had to wait there more than 2 hours. We booked this because of the shortest travel time of 6 and a half hour but we needed almost 12 hours for arrive.

Very punctual, easy to find and comfortable transport.

In reality, there was no timetable available on the website, no information provided about the departure berth number, and no menu options—overall, a lack of information. I do not recommend it.

Seamless transfer to and from hotel.

The catamaran seemed brand new, best ferry experience we’ve had in Thailand.

Whole trip poorly managed both vehicle and ferry 2 x people in there 60s dragging suit cases across rocks in the rain with no shelter to a car ferry that we had to drag our 4 x suitcases up wet stairs in the rain that were slippery with good with no help from staff, also at pick up from vehicle no room for our bags so they were tied up out the back in the rain for the trip, all our luggage and ourselves soaked for hours we not happy and won’t use again

Crazy drive but our driver was great! We transferred to a big bus, thank goodness because of the massive flooding! Throughout the ride, our driver communicated really well with us verbally also. The one thing I would suggest from the company is to message us about the trip before 10 PM the night before. We were already asleep.

Our Bus stopped several times and we have not been told what the problem is. We had to wait for about an hour at 10pm to change into a new bus. We arrived two hours later than planned.

We took a 3pm boat from Koh Tao to Koh Phangan, everything went smooth and it was not crowded at all and very comfortable. It was great that on the pier waiting area there was a snacks shop/bakery with air conditioner, made the wait a much better experience

We took a Bolt taxi from the hotel to the office. From there, the bus departed promptly at 5:00 AM after we checked in on the first floor of the office. The bus ride was comfortable, and we were able to sleep well during the journey. Upon arriving at the pier behind Trat, we were offered a hot meal, which we had selected before the bus trip. Then, a shuttle took us down the pier to the boat. After a fairly quick boat ride, we arrived on Koh Kut. There, we were directed to a shuttle that took us directly to our small accommodation. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. As a European, the procedures initially seemed unfamiliar, but they worked incredibly well. It was so efficient that I barely had to carry my bags a single meter from the hotel in Bangkok to the bungalow on the island, even though I'm a backpacker. Highly recommended!

The bus was one time the boat was on time and it made the whole ride a lot smoother knowing I had all 4 ways of transport lined up from one set of tickets. They also offer water and food and makes 1 stop on both bus rides at a 7/11 for a bathroom break or food.

Very well organized friendly staff pier in donsak in the city and very high quality ferry overall wonderful experience - absolutely on time and also the hotel transfer was perfect

We had a great experience from booking the trip, to the traveling to the arrival. Staff were excellent all the way. The boat and bus were very clean. The bus driver was an excellent driver and it takes a lot for me to say that as I am a very nervous passenger.

After being late for 45 minutes, the driver just dropped us in the middle of the road to switch vans, after the company specifically promised that the ride will be from the hotel directly to the pier. Then, the other van let us wait for 30 minutes and didn’t pick up the phone, it was completely frustrating! Because of being hour and a half late, the second van drove like 120kmh through the entire ride. The only positive side was the ferry and the private ride to the hotel from the pier in ko samui, went pretty smooth.

Aside from the fact that I was dropped off at the wrong pier and had to walk a half mile in the tropical sun, the experience was great .

Great flow. No delays. Good place to stretch legs and buy food in restaurants, Cafe Amazon, 7-11 etc. One meal of food, water and a small cake was included in the trip. Can definitely recommend Boonsiri.

Got to check in and they didn’t even have my order even though I’d printed out my ticket!! Made me stand in the sun for 20 minutes whilst they faffed around and eventually wrote hand written tickets. When we got the other side it was really unclear how to get our transfer to the airport and had to wander around asking people. Wish we’d just booked the earlier Seatran ferry.

Departure delayed, boat ride was bumpy although it was a catamaran. Worse part was that when we arrived we had to find our own luggage and pass through 3 boats on the way to the dock carrying our luggage

Everything was good, but I wasn't informed in advance about the stops in KO Tao and KO phangan, before arrival in Koh Samui.

All was perfect on this trip and on time.

Trip itinerary was not transparent. Cannot ask to the staffs for next destination.

Very good trip

I purchased the transport with Boonsiri from Bangkok to Koh Kood. Excellent service, with clear and accurate information, punctual schedules, and a comfortable journey both on the bus and the catamaran. The entire Boonsiri team was extremely kind and helpful, especially when they went out of their way to find a sweatshirt I had accidentally left behind during the trip. Best transport ever in thailand

Excellent service, very dependable, reliable and consistent. I highly recommend Boonsiri and I will definitely use them for any future travel.

Excellent organisation, the team is punctual, organised and friendly. They were awaiting us and a few other travellers at the airport with a sign, so we wouldn't miss them. We travelled in a small van from the airport to the pier- and then stayed at the pier for a few hours before departing to Koh Tao. Only shame is that we had to wait from around 10AM to 1PM prior to travelling to Koh Tao. Other than that, the organisation was excellent!

I needed to repurchase the ticket in the app because of an error, and unfortunately it booked the wrong day - yesterday. I guess it moved my choice from the 19th to the 18th on the second time. I needed to buy another ticket, lucky mr to have enough time, but I paid double:( I usually order from the website and not the app. Can you refund me?

Left half hour late but were on time in Chumphon. In Chumphon the driver had an nameplate fir us and brough us swiftly to Chumphon airport

A trip to drop four people off in Hua Hin added an hour and a half to the journey to Bangkok. Would suggest that Hua Hin people take an alternative bus or get a transfer taxi in the outskirts of Hua Hin to save the majority going to Bangkok the timely detour.

We were late because we confused the pier. We just needed to call and they waited for us. Thank you so much!!

We arrived Koh Chang on time. The crew was helpful and friendly.

The Bangkok Airways flight was delayed so we missed the last ferry to Koh Kood. Boonsiri tried their best to get us to the island on the same day, but the speedboat we were on, landed in a storm and it was quite a fearful experience.

We sailed on a brand new ferry, the AC was so good, the value for money is awesome ! It was great transportation
