Avanza

I booked this trip through 12go and

Great, comfortable,

Sending kids to airport. The driver was 5min late. And when he came he said he had to take a break and rest. So in the end the buss departured 25 nin late. And the kids was terrified to miss the incheckning.

The busdriver didnt let me on the bus, even if i had the ticket. had to buy a new one.

All good, driver helpful to passengers questions, polite and patient .

If you want to loose your luggage travel with Avanza. I must warn you about the l(ack) safety of your belongings when you use services of this company. Avanza does not care, nor control what happens to your luggage which is placed in hold of the bus. On the way from Algeciras to Malaga somebody took my bag from the hold and it has been over 2 months since that incident and Avanza failed to recover my bag and Avanza has not given any compensation for this. Be careful about Avanza and their horrible customer service!

Fuengirloa trip. Comfortable and direct to fuengirloa from estapona.

First time to use the service. Excellent service, on time. On-time. Suggest the system is updated to enable scanning of bus tickets. Old system were the bus driver had printed out the passenger list.

cannot fix my seat number.

Responsible driver. Puntualidad, responsabilidad del chófer, comodidad del autobús.

trip to airport, very handy.

Flygtransfer.

What they offered was fantastic. On time and without a hitch. Excellent driver. I wish they went beyond the bus station to the port of Estapona.
